The brain disconnects and speechless with awe losing focus mesmerized by the fact that a human being can attain this level of perfection. Then he grips your soul, massages you to not fear, as he breathlessly takes you away, he transforms, and in some small way he heals that latent scar still trying to adhere to your soul. Thank you. There are many compositions of 'Ave Maria'. You are probably most familiar with the Schubert one. This is not that, and is not a 'version' of any other composition. This is a new composition by Igor Krutoy (at piano), who composed it at Dimash's request. This is not a Christian composition. Dimash is Muslim and Igor is Jewish. This is non denominational and Dimash is channeling the angels! :)

Dimash is right now in the midst of a world tour. In three hours, his concert will start in Hong Kong. The next slated concert is the one in Budapest on May 4, 2024. So although 30% of the tickets sold in the first few hours, you might still be able to get a ticket if you hurry.

Dimash's rendition of "Ave Maria" is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever listened to. This rendition touches the very core of my soul. I have watched this performance countless times since it premiered, and no matter how many times I have already watched it, I am still moved to tears the moment I hear the first note sung by Dimash's angelic voice. This was the final of three songs Dimash premiered in August 2021 during his appearance at the annual New Wave music competition in Sochi, Russia. He once again performed with Igor Krutoy on the piano who composed this rendition for Dimash; it is not a cover. Someone stated that this is a vocalise interpretation of Schubert's "Ave Maria" opening vocals, and that the piece uses three bars from the original composition and changes the fourth note to a higher note. Whereas a classical musician on KZbin (@SirHairless), pointed out that his is more of an interpretation of the composition of Vladimir Vavilov, often misattributed to G. Caccini. Someone explained that Dimash called Igor Krutoy with an idea for a brand new interpretation of Ave Maria and asked him to compose the music. Dimash is said to love Gregorian choral music, which is where he got the inspiration. Igor composed the music, after which Dimash conceived these exquisite vocals. Someone else likened it to "a leap from "dark to light" which is the same contrast as Dimash's outfit (dark to light)!" The last note Diamsh sings is known as "Messa di Voce," the singing of a gradual crescendo and decrescendo on a long sustained note. It is considered one of the most challenging vocal exercises, and voice experts regard it as the ultimate test for any singer, a skill even the most experienced vocalists rarely ever master. There have been at least 11 other compositions titled "Ave Maria" and over 40 different renditions of these versions over the past roughly 200 years. The version most people are likely familiar with is Schubert's 1825 composition or the 1853 Gounod composition, based on a famous Bach keyboard prelude written 137 years earlier. The production team edited and cut all of Dimash's performances down to 2 minutes and cut out his Kazakh song for no reason.

If I'm not mistaken, this “Ave Maria” by composer and conductor Igor Krutoy is a work in vocalize format, completely unpublished, although it seems to be a variation of the initial theme (not the introduction but the singing part) of the melody by Schubert adapted to Dimash's voice in order to explore just as three initial notes and changing the fourth note to a higher note (From B4, A4 D#4 C#4 and B4 to G#4, G4, G4, D#5): Like a leap from "dark to light" which is the same contrast as Dimash's outfit (from dark to light)! It also seems to refer to the Russian V. Vavilov's version of "Ave Maria" (wrongly credited to Caccine) and work by JS Bach - Prelude No. 1 in C major, BWV 846, with arrangements by Gounod, which Maetro Igor Krutoy has a predilection for!
