This is my first time listening to Dimash. Seriously. I've heard the name but never listened to him. He is, obviously, once-in-a-generation talent. Maybe even a singular talent. I don't know if there is such a thing. But. I think his talent is beyond modern music composition. To tap into his true level of talent, he has to extemporize quite a bit, darn near the entirety of the song. Am I off my rocker here? I will find your original reaction/analysis of him to better acquaint myself with him.

Welcome to the world of Dimash! I discovered him through a reaction channel too, late last year. Dimash has been working with a very famous Russian composer, Igor Krutoy, for a few years now. Igor has written some things specifically for Dimash's voice ("Stranger" and "Olympico" are two examples). Dimash is also very good at arranging songs to include some of his extra flavour. If you go right to Dimash's You Tube channel you will find lots of things that are well worth watching! I hope you will enjoy more of Dimash's excellent music!

Dimash Kudabergen, living legend, genius singer, one in a million, no, one in a billion. With 23 years of classical training, he has become a unique vocalist. He has an amazing musical education, all the technical details he sings and uses, he knows how it works. He is musical perfection. There is no technical detail that he doesn't have, no one has ever had such talent and skills, he can be bass, baritone, tenor, counter tenor, alto, mezzo soprano, soprano and so on, he sings in 15 languages, he has the biggest range . He sings many genres, opera, pop, rap and so on. In addition to the talent that God gave, the work that he did is amazing. From the age of 5, he dedicated his life to music, did everything to develop it (swimming in the pool, breathing control, range, healthy lifestyle)He is an amazingly humble, warm simple man, apart from his musical excellence, as a person he is an amazing person. His songs are exceptionally complex both technically and emotionally, he is able to properly develop emotion in music both vocally and artistry.Dimash has fans (called dears) from 150 countries around the world. I'd say his fans are special because we don't love Dimash because he has good looks (well, he's very attractive and cute) or because his performances are fun (unlike other pretend singers who are more performers than singers and vocalists). We love him because of the talent he has, because of the work he has done almost all his life. He deserves everything. There is no other singer who can be compared to him, he is at the apogee of development. He plays 7 instruments, loves the culture of his country and wants to introduce it to the world. As I already wrote, he is very educated, he is still studying. he has 2 degrees in classical and contemporary, and on the way to a doctorate in musicology.I will say here that, like in other professions, education in music is very important, you can sing notes well, but you don't understand in details how it happens, Dimash is at a high level from this point of view, he knows exactly what, how and in what way he does it.Dimash has an incredible range that no one has ever had, full range 7.7 octaves, from G0 to D8. ( D8 whistle note , off the piano) Dimash sang the highest note. Before anyone jumps out at me and tells me there are a few people who hit a higher note, I'll tell you that they just hit those notes without control, and Dimash sang from C#8 to D8 with vibrato for 5 seconds. I hope you won't have a hard time seeing the difference.I will add here that Dimash did this after a 2-hour concert, in front of 150,000 people. He Has very good details, staccato, distinctive vibrato, rifs, melizens, vocal acrobatic, glissando, crescendo, dominoendo, long notes, breath control, correct tesitura, Able to develop emotion properly, fit roles well . Uses professional technique, Italian Bell Canto technique. In his song it feels like he is a professional even without high notes.Unfortunately, as always, geniuses are appreciated late, this guy deserves much, much more recognition, I hope the time will come and he will be properly appreciated. I also want to mention that Dimash is like a drug. I have been listening to him for the third year, I can't imagine a day without listening to him, he is the best, not because he sings high notes and has a great range, but because he enters the soul with his song and you feel something you have never felt before. .But if we consider it from a technical point of view, in this case too Dimash is the best. As vocal teachers and professionals say, his singing is technical perfection. They also say that Dimash is the best vocalist, Before someone tells me that no professional has said this and gets on my nerves (I've read such comments), I'll leave the link here as proof. kzbin.info/www/bejne/joi7g6eqgZ57rtE . Dimash's parents are singers, his mother is a soprano, his father is a singer and also a producer, as far as I know, Dimash's grandparents are singers, so from a musical point of view, Dimash has good genetics, he has a natural innate talent, which he developed after 23 years of work, and we have a unique singer in front of us. I could probably write a lot more, but I'll stop now, I want more people to know about him, believe me, you won't regret it. I hope I conveyed what I wanted to say correctly. I will leave a video here as a bonus where Dimash sings one of the most difficult song (even for female "queen of the night") just to warm up and have fun, Dimash sings F6 like it's nothing, plus added vibrato kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJTagXWup7arnbc - kzbin.info/www/bejne/hIrMgIVmo7CLiqs kzbin.infox0e_qMS3ibQ?feature=share P.S I will leave here the link of Dimash's channel, it would be great if you subscribed to it kzbin.info_official

First off you could never be annoying Jen 🤣 Loved this combination since it came out and so far no reactor has noticed how he starts off in Mandarin then switches to Italian apart from you. Diva Dance of course from The Fifth Element, a song mechanically engineered after being recorded so that the notes were purposely higher than a human voice could reach, which he sings better than most as usual. If we are back on Dimash then you need to add Unforgettable Day from Gakku to your ever expanding list. One of the greatest pieces I have ever heard. You won't be disappointed.

Dimash is interested in oriental philosophy Legendary music artist. He is the king of emotions on stage. He has incredibly great technique, and a unique voice covering over 7, he's a convinced straight guy. Despite his immense popularity, he is not a spoiled man. On a human level,,in personal life - very modest, kind-hearted, educated, good and honest, never consumed, never smoked, neither alcohol nor drugs. His popularity began in Kazakhstan, he participated in the program "I am the singer" in China, and his star rose all over the world(Good at sports. The place gives him the strength and confidence to "arrange the audience, orchestra and song", so that everything turns out the way he wants and how Dimash feels, this is unique. All of these qualities are only present in Dimash, for sure. The goosebumps and hypnosis caused by Dimash are the hallmarks of his concerts and appearances on stage, shaped by his infinite beauty, sometimes transparent, sometimes sensual, sometimes angelic. 👉 Confessa & The Diva Dance was the 12. song in the competition “The Singer 2017” (EP. 12. Semifinals). Confessa" is a story of a man whose heart is broken after being betrayed by his lover, originally sung by the famous Italian singer and actor Adriano Celentan: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXzJqpWEgdd5i6M Dimash sings the first verse in Mandarin (tribute to his audience), the 2nd in Italian (original)… …and then the blue alien-lady song (movie: "5th Element" with Milla Jojovich and Bruce Willis) …The song that should be unsingable. In the film it is electronically edited. Many singers (male or female) have tried. Nobody sings this song as perfectly as Dimash. He is the only person in the world who sings this song flawlessly. He reaches the highs as well as the lows effortlessly and he delivers all riffs and runs and staccati accurately. When Dimash fell on his back and lay down at the end of the song, a worried viewer called out: "Get an ambulance!"

Amazing reaction my friend Jennifer!!...Dimash is the best male singer of the world (In my personal opinion)... I would like to invite you to meet, who is considered the Fourth All Time Vocalist (with Whitney, Mariah and Celine) and one of the Best Female Singers of the World...The passion and dedication when Dimash is performing a song can only be compared with the person who has influenced him to sing leaving everything on stage: His idol, the queen, the incomparable, the Goddess: Lara Fabian...She is a lyric soprano with a amazing vocal range and incredible breath control...She speaks and composes in 5 languages and sings in more than 15 languages....That's why she is the inspiration for Dimash and several singers around the world...You can see covers of her songs on KZbin made by singers of the stature of: Dimash, Diana Ankudinova, Polina Gagarina, Forestella, Julie Anne San Jose, Sissel Kyrkjebo, Floor Jansen, Diana Navarro, Giulia Falcone, Morissette Amon, Gabriel Henrique, Rimar, Katrina Velarde, Cakra Khan and others...Please react to her songs, all masterpieces, in LIVE versions, because Lara is more impressive when she sings live, so you can see why she is the idol of Dimash...Try to do it in this order and almost all songs are from the same Lara’s concert “From Lara With Love” in Montreal 1999, one of her best works: 1) Je Suis Malade (Singing in French)...2) Caruso (Singing in Italian)...3) Je T'AIME (2002 Live version in Paris Singing in French)...4) Perdere L'Amore (1999 Live version Singing in Italian)...5) Adagio (1999 Live version singing in english)...6) Broken Vow (1999 Live version singing in English)...7) You are Not From Here (1999 Live version singing in English)...8) Quédate (1999 Live version singing in Spanish)....9) Ti Amo Cosi (2019 Live version Singing a trío with Dimash and Aida Garifullina)....I hope to see you first reaction soon and if you don't mind, I'd like you to mention me as the person who recommended reacting to Lara...Here you have the link of her amazing performance of the medley of the movie “Yentl” by her idol Barbra Streisand, with the songs "Papa Can You Hear Me" and "A Piece of Sky"....Only Lara can sing this LIVE in that way, just like Barbra...kzbin.info/www/bejne/sIibnZSifbKqrs0

I hadn't realized he was belting up to A5 in Confessa! That's madness. I've watched/heard this song a number of times and yet you pointed out things that I missed. Excellent work. I like how he did the first verse in Mandarin to get a better emotional connection with the audience. It was rather difficult for him at the time since his ability to naturally speak Mandarin was pretty much non-existent. Can you imagine having to memorize that "phonetically"? It would include the five intonations as well as all the specialize phonemes. How do you sing on pitch when you're doing tonal movement like that? I don't even understand how that is supposed to work.

That A5 belt is something I have always wanted to hit, I am a lower baritone type voice with a chest from D2-F4, I can mix my voice up to about a B4 and from about C5 to D5 I have solid head voice. E5 to G5 I can get out but just barely. Between subharmonics and growl below C#2 my low range extends super far. It’s my goal to extend the range and quality of my subharmonics and my head voice, it will take years but eventually I will be able to mix an A5, that’s the goal. My goal range is A0-D6 with crystal quality. My overall range is A0-G5 but I am not at the quality that I desire yet.

Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than Ten(10) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "POPera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato, whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from USA 🇺🇸 "Dears" Forever ❤️ Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S.

Born in Australia and having Italian parents i grew up with Adriano Celentano and know the song Confessa very well. Dimash is a fantastic singer (probably the best in the world at the moment) and rarely gets an interpretation of a song wrong. This time he did.😥 There was no soul in his interpretation and only over the top theatrics for the sake of the show he was on. This song is about lost love and i think what was lost in this version was the song. As for Diva Dance, he regained his mojo.😁 Love your work Jen and as always very insightful.

He leaves everyone in awe eveytime he sings ! Always committed completely to his vocals and stage presence ! A master of his voice in all his registers and always pushing the boundaries of his magnificent instrument ! As they say practice makes perfect and Dimash definitely shows that ! Thanks Jenn for reacting to one of the great voices of today and keep posting this man when you get the chance ! He never disappoints ever ! 👍☺️🇨🇦❤️❤️

I have not listened to Dimash in a while myself, so this was a delight. I have narrowed my reactors down to two that I listen to, and you have become # 1. (I am totally into you and Home Free). I am one of those that totally enjoy all your stopping and talking. I learn so much, and your personality makes it a fun experience. Sometimes I actually have a good laugh such as when you were reacting to parts of this Dimash slam!! I sang in choir all through junior and senior high and then into church choir. Music is in my blood. I am now 73 and now have health issues that have put an end to my attending choir. Even though I can no longer sing, I love learning your teaching of techniques I was unaware of before. Keep teaching and entertaining at the same time. I am a big fan. All the best to you!!!

For those that don't know italian the song is basically about/by a man who at first suspects something dodgy because his love interest is "like another woman" so acting super weird and basically the guy starts realising she has lost interest in him because of POSSIBLY (not directly said) another bloke

When he sings in different languages other than native Kazakh, Russian and sometimes English, they are mostly phonetically memorize. Some of the songs are very wordy long complicated sentences too, on top of all his singing techniques plus the necessity to emote the meaning. If it’s not crazy it’s insanely genius.

But I like you more 😍 I know Dimash performance by heart, but your reaction and re-creation of his notes are outstanding! Thank YOU for that! When Dimash sings for 4:39... and Jen makes reaction for 17:12... and I watch it again and again... for 60... 90+ minutes... it has to be something! Really, guys! Just watch it! Thank you, Jennifer, for yet another comprehensive and insightful analysis in your Dimash-enthusiastic reaction. You can see the original "Diva Dance" aria from the 1997 movie, "The Fifth Element" (starring Bruce Willis and Gary Oldman), at < kzbin.info/www/bejne/an61Z3dtqbFmbrc >. You sang a few notes of the Queen of the Night’s aria from Mozart’s “Die Zauberflöte.” The top note in that aria is an F6, which Dimash routinely hits in several pieces, including Ogni Pietra, Ave Maria and Stranger. It has been reported that Dimash periodically uses the Queen of the Night’s aria to warm up before a concert performance.
