Dimash’s father is there but he doesn’t know it until the end of the song. Dimash didn’t know that he was coming to China to see him. The joy on Dimash’s face when he sees his did is wonderful! Vitas wrote and sings this song and he asked Dimash not to sing this song ever again! 😊❤️

What also makes this song so special is to know that, at this point, Dimash (22 years old; homesick; wants to go home) did not know his father (seen on screen a few times) was in the audience. He knew Dimash was struggling being away from home so long, not speaking Chinese, and exhausted. After the performance, while Dimash was thanking the musicians, he spotted his father. The look passing between them is amazing. Dimash later said that if he knew his father was in the audience watching, he would not have acted as cheeky as he did, flirting, winking, etc. His father stayed a couple of weeks. It was his second appearance in the competition. After SOS, the viewers were very impressed and shocked, and after Opera 2 they immediately fell in love with him💖. You saw for yourself how Dimash can do what he wants with the audience. He is just great and cute 😍 Dimash did the Broadway Master Class in 2009 with some theater elements. Imagine Dimash's dad flew from Kazakhstan for this performance, but he showed himself to him only after the performance so he wouldn't feel pressured. Dimash later said that if he knew Dad was in the audience, he wouldn't be flirting with the audience that way 🤣And after the show, in the corridor, he asked dad if he sang well .... 😂😍💖

I think, maybe, some were a bit concerned that most reactors don´t watch the full video, because there are some great moments. Like in this video, you didn´t get to see, that he didn´t know his father was there, and got surprised of seeing him. He had not seen his family for a while, so it was just a touching moment ;) Now you know, and you can go back and watch the last 2 minutes or so if you like :D
