Dimash’s father is there but he doesn’t know it until the end of the song. Dimash didn’t know that he was coming to China to see him. The joy on Dimash’s face when he sees his did is wonderful! Vitas wrote and sings this song and he asked Dimash not to sing this song ever again! 😊❤️

What also makes this song so special is to know that, at this point, Dimash (22 years old; homesick; wants to go home) did not know his father (seen on screen a few times) was in the audience. He knew Dimash was struggling being away from home so long, not speaking Chinese, and exhausted. After the performance, while Dimash was thanking the musicians, he spotted his father. The look passing between them is amazing. Dimash later said that if he knew his father was in the audience watching, he would not have acted as cheeky as he did, flirting, winking, etc. His father stayed a couple of weeks.
