The song was a hit for the band A' Studio years ago and they are his backing band here. He is thanking A' Studio at the end and particularly the pianist who teaches music. Dimash thanks him for 'guiding young people in the right musical direction'. The host says (and he mentions a name of a famous singer here that often gets given flowers on stage) that he would have a heart attack if he saw how many flowers Dimash was now getting (the audience laughs). Dimash says 'I can't take all the flowers with me at the moment'.Then the host asks for porters to come the stage to collect the flowers for him. Dimash gives the flowers he receives to hospitals and care homes.

Igor Krutoy, a multi-millionaire composer, manager, arranger, and pianist, is the gentleman giving the standing ovation. After hearing Dimash perform this song, he asked Dimash and his Dad if they would allow him to compose music for Dimash. He was semi-retired until then. Someone commented that Igor had retired because there was no one to sing the music he wanted to write..until Dimash. Stranger, Know, Love Of Tired Swans, Olympico, and Your Love ( lyrics by Lara Fabian) are just some of the music Igor composed for Dimash. Love is Like A Dream was written by Igor about 2 years before Dimash was born, and he rearranged the song for Dimash to perform. For those who like information about Dimas' songs: Sinful Passion - The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. Moreover, in the final part he added, with an oriental technique (from the Kazakhstan region). The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band name is A'Studio (Kazakh pop music group based in Russia, "Alma-Ata Studio", Almaty city). The dead singer (who Dimash was a fan of) left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. Dears love him not just for his music and vocal genius...(and handsome good looks 🙄😇) but his character is one of utmost grace with a humble dignity. Thanks for info. I knew for sure that that sound has roots in Eastern civilization, but didn't know that the Italians were using it too. Also, I thought that the band composers of this song were Russians. I know for sure that Igor was born in Ukraine and his beautiful wife is Russian. But he has lived in Russia a long time, and worked extensively with different artists from Russia, so now he passes as Russian. Not that it matters. Igor is a great artist too.

He's on the piano (and composed) Stranger, which you've reacted to. You can't go wrong with Dimash, but since I'm first I'll give you some of my recommendations. 🙂 * Samaltau | Tokyo Jazz Festival is live in his studio in 2020. From a comment, "This song is so intense! The outcry, nearly a prayer, of a soldier who desperately longs to return home." You get to see some of the pride and reverence he has for his country and heritage. * Opera 2 is from Singer (same show as SOS that you saw). It's a cheeky, show-off kind of song. That said, watch the one "not knowing dad is in the audience". It is a beautiful moment when he sees his dad and really shows some of his humble personality * Golden | Official Video is a fun sci-fi video, which shows some of his acting and creativity You'll get a ton of requests for the new song, and likely also Story of One Sky, both of which are astonishing. He is such a respectful and humble guy that his dears, love him as much as they respect him. Nobody pushes him or bits him or hurts him in any way. In case no one has told you, the man in the white shirt, giving Dimash a standing ovation (front row) is Igor Krutoy, the famous Ukrainian composer, who, after seeing this performance, came out of retirement, and began composing exclusively for Dimash. A la fin, il remercie les musiciens ainsi que le groupe StudioA qui lui a permis de chanter leur chanson qu'il a énormément modifiée et il invite tout le monde à venir au Kazakhstan :) Je ne suis pas mélomane, je n'ai jamais été fan d'un artiste, je n'écoute que la radio quand je fais la cuisine et rien d'autre. Et puis voilà 3 ans, sur ma page d'actualité YT, j'ai vu une vidéo avec une image mensongère, ça ne parlait pas du tout de Dimash. J'ai cliqué par curiosité et je suis tombée sur cette vidéo ! J'ai été foudroyée pour la 1ère fois par une voix. J'étais sidérée, assise à mon bureau à me demander ce que je venais de vivre lol ! Alors j'ai fait des recherches pour rattraper mes 4 ans de retard sur sa carrière, j'ai lu les commentaires des dears qui sont toujours très informatifs, j'ai visionné toutes ses vidéos sur sa chaine et depuis, il ne se passe pas un jour sans l'entendre ou au moins le voir car je suis abonnée au FB ukrainien des Dears. Sa voix te nourrit de ce que tu ne soupçonnais même pas pouvoir ressentir un jour :) Je te conseille le chef d'oeuvre de Dimash, il a mis 3 ans à l'écrire en parallèle de sa carrière, c'est "The story of one sky". Regarde d'abord le clip et ensuite le live lors de son dernier concert au Kazakhstan où il l'a chanté pour la 1ère fois. C'est poignant !

The song was originally done by a group called A Studio. The lead singer had passed away and dimash paid homage to him by doing the chanting in this performance which is a tradition in Kazakhstan when someone passes away. The rest of group a studio was assisting dimash in this particular performance on stage

The pianist and the 2 older guitarists are the composers of this song. Of course, the embroideries are Dimash's own. Whenever he feels like, he's just improvising on the spot and mixing genres and sounds original from different parts of the world, adapting to the song he's performing. He very often he uses traditional, ancient Kazakh instruments, like dombra and kobyz etc. You'll see and hear the kobyz if you watch Igor's composition 'Stranger'. At this particular show, he met Igor Krutoy, the guy in front line with white shirt, who stood up and applauded Dimash. That was the beginning of a very fruitful collaboration, Igor composing some masterpieces for him, the same that he worked with Lara Fabian. When you see Igor playing the piano, know that the song Dimash is singing was composed by Igor. He's always accompanying him on stage. Listen to 'Stranger', composed by Igor. I can't speak Russian myself, but I remember a Russian lady said that Dimash invited the audience to come to Kazakhstan, where he had a concert in 2022 in Almaty.

The tones in the middle are oriental Arab technique (or traditional Qazaq singing, called Joqtaw. It is a lament to the deceased original singer). The last run is 24 seconds on 1 breath. The man in the white shirt giving a standing ovation at the end is Igor Krutoy. This is the first time he heard Dimash. He came out of retirement after seeing this competition to begin his collaboration with Dimash

The Story of One Sky is a master class in highlighting many of his talents; composing, singing & acting. Be forewarned it is VERY heavy; he worked for 3 years on this masterpiece & it’s amazing (& unfortunately not common enough) to see an artist use their talents to deliver a message to the world. The thing with the flowers has something to do with respect for the artist. It's a cultural thing. The audience listens to a performance without yelling or screaming that the artist can no longer be heard. No sound may be missing. In return, they then shower Dimash with flowers and gifts. That's the norm there. He then always donates the flowers to hospitals, retirement homes or similar institutions. 23 seconds in one breath with riffs and runs. It’s unbelievable. He sang this song on the New Wave in Sochi, Russia in 2018. This is an international contest for young performers founded by Igor Krutoy in 2002. Dimash sang here as a guest. This song was in Russian, a language he speaks fluently. The gentleman at the end you see standing and clapping is the famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. His and Dimash's collaboration created true masterpieces. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. If possible, always watch the videos to the end. Very often there are interesting things to learn. Either there’s something to laugh about, or he’s talking to his audience. He always thanks his musicians. He is incredibly humble and never acts like a star. When he is praised, he constantly says that it is thanks to his teachers and his parents, who made it all possible for him. He’s just incredible. In this case he thanked the band A-Studio. It’s a Kazakh band who wrote this song. However, Dimash sang it differently. And in my opinion, much better 😄. It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019. And that’s why the lyrics are also very motivating. This song and this performance from this Arnau concert is my absolute favourite🥰 I think this version is the best, because his performance is so intense and breathtaking. The light show, the background dancers. Everything. With this song in this version I always get breathlessness. The way he represents himself on stage, the hand movements. I think he has incredibly beautiful hands🤭(and apparently many cameramen think so too, since many of the camera shots during his performances very often only show his hands. Sometimes it seems as if he is conducting himself. This is really fascinating). And the facial expression, the look. There he looks so commanding😱. In my opinion, this version of Olimpico is one of the most impressive performances ever. yes, for older performances it is hard to find them on Dimash channel or those have some strange languages only. but if you go to his newer ones please use only original channel to promote him. there is many fake or strange channels that add nothing but earn money from him

@@SaeedReacts. It's no problem, it's just frustrating when fans direct reactors away from his channel for unnecessary reasons. Dimash deserves the viewcount, not some channel that literally scoops up his music and delivers less. You will never go wrong if you stick to what's on his channel, apart from a few songs that he never uploaded, like Okinish, or the truly awesome 12 part Ultimate Dimash Guide done for reactors on the channel of Lilasi.
