You are not alone, I sat through 4 hours of the Tokyo Jazz Festival livestream to watch this and found myself crying silent tears halfway through and I didn't understand a word of Japanese and there were no subtitles at the time. Your comment about his breathing had me laughing as it took me back to a recent video where he was having lunch with two little boys who wanted to meet him and he was teasing them by saying he'd learned to breathe through his ears! 🤣 Although I completely understand your not wanting to focus on one artist I do hope you never stop reacting to him as your reactions are both entertaining and informative and I always look forward to them.

In an interview a while ago, Dimash was asked, as always, about his vocal range & he replied that, for him, his vocal range is an added bonus, but it's the emotional moments, for him, that are important, & he's a master at conveying emotions. Hello, Dimash interprète cette chanson avec subtilité , émotion, et sa voix sublime en fait une œuvre d'art. J'ai découvert Dimash il y a un an et pour moi, c'est un incroyable artiste, "performer", musicien, compositeur. Un chanteur à la voix sublime et d'une sensibilité qui procure des émotions intenses. Dimash ne recherche pas la célébrité pour s'enrichir, il veut garder sa liberté artistique et a refusé de signer des contrats avec des labels de l'industrie musicale. Il chante par plaisir, pour lui d'abord mais également pour ses très nombreux fans qui chantent parfois avec lui certaines chansons durant ses concerts. J'ai visionné de nombreuses vidéos sur Dimash , ses prestations et des interviews. On découvre que Dimash est un homme humble et altruiste, fier de ses origines, de son pays, le Kazakhstan, de ses ancêtres et de la culture kazahke. C'est un "bourreau de travail", car il travaille sa voix tous les jours pendant 3 à 4 heures !

It is even more powerful when you watch for your own enjoyment vs. doing a reaction. I’ve read comments like that too. No explanation except they’re made by nasty, jealous people. Some people hate to see the success of others and do everything they can to cast doubt and belittle.
