Thanks, Rick for your sincere reaction. I LOVE SOS. This performance now tops every other version. The video was so well done and the duet with Hauser’s cello? Phenomenal !! This was filmed in Singapore, when they were both there for a Virtuoso Event. Somehow, Dimash got better. BTW, Dimash can mimic the sound of a Kobyz, and also a dukduk (a type of short flute). Totally amazing. 🤩
Dimash el flamante mejor vocalista de todos los tiempos. Saludos desde España, una dear apasionada por Dimash.🙏🌹🌷🌻🌺♥♥♥

The collaboration between these two artists is truly genius.. Stjepan and Dimash.. stunning! Dimash sings like a god and Stjepan plays like he rules the world.. and they very well may. This performance is a time warp that stops time and takes me back to when I first heard Dimash sing "SOS" in 2017. I will never forget it.. it is etched in my mind forever. And may they live forever.. may the Gods bless them.

Great reaction. I agree, I love this so much. I think the cello adds so much to his beautiful voice, especially since Dimash sounds like a string instrument himself. My favorite version of SOS. They just put out another where they do ave Maria (different than clip they had of it)

Hi Rick. Once again thank you for your reaction to Dimash and his wonderful collab with Hauser ❤️ I don't remember if you have reacted to the song where he mimics the sound of the duduk? If not please do so ☺️ It is called I'll die for the wind of the mountains. There is a really interesting story behind it as well as you will see once you react to it - you need to use LiLaSi's version 😊 Looking forward to hearing your next reaction to Dimash ❤️ Greetings from a Danish Dear 🤩

Hauser is very famous cellist. Rebel With a Cello. He also was half the duo Two Cellos. Beautiful music videos from around the world. I especially like the song they did from Gladiator. I have tickets to see Hauser! When Dimash comes anywhere near me, I'm going!

👉 This spectacular performance of SOS (Dimash's calling card) took place on the sidelines of a benefit concert in Singapore. Dimash and Hauser know each other from the Virtuoso competition 2023 in Hungary. This competition was created by Maestro Placido Domingo for young classical artists and Dimash and Hauser were there as judges. (Placido Domingo & Dimash Qudaibergen (2023) sang The Pearl Fishers’ Duet: Au fond du Temple Saint - - kzbin.info/www/bejne/morQdpahf89rqc0 ) * That's how it all started: In 2017 Dimash received a wildcard for the “The Singer” competition in China. He was the youngest participant ever (22 years old). Foreign participants were actually forbidden at that time. The director ignored the ban, believing Dimash would only stay 1 or 2 episodes and then go home. This Singer-competition is not a talent show. Only professional, award-winning singers participate. Nobody knew or heard Dimash before and he had to start first ... and after his first song "SOS" Dimash captured the hearts of over 600 million viewers and a star was born overnight. The next day bodyguards were at his door and now he is a superstar but without airs... just our Dimash. * SOS d'un terrien en détresse - kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHW7ZHmeot6Bl8U (full version) * Stjepan Hauser, known as HAUSER, is a world famous Croatian cellist. *15 June 1986 in Pula, Croatia. His mother is a drummer. Hauser studied in Zagreb but moved to the United Kingdom where he studied at Trinity College of Music (now Trinity Laban) London and completed his postgraduate studies at Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and also studied in the USA. As a member of the successful duo 2CELLOS, the cellist HAUSER achieved world fame and fills the ranks of large concert halls as well as those of pop festivals (Rock am Ring or Wacken). His iconic rendition of Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal,” the vehicle that launched him as an internet sensation and established him as the founding member of the duo 2Cellos, has not only captured the hearts and minds of millions but, more importantly, has cemented HAUSER as one of the world’s most important twenty-first century instrumentalists. Now, HAUSER performs solo and is at home and comfortable with classical music as he is with pop music, from the Royal Albert Hall and the Sydney Opera House to New York’s Madison Square Garden selling more than one million tickets to their live shows. Adored around the world for his genre-defying repertoire and jaw-dropping live shows, HAUSER has made a name for himself with his signature cello artistry. In 2018, he appeared in People Magazine's 'Sexiest Men Alive' issue and appeared with Lang Lang at Chinese TV New Year's Eve Gala. With more than a billion audio streams across the globe and more than 4 billion views, the Croatian cellist is a phenomenon that is one part virtuoso and the other that of sheer, animal magnetism. Since 2009 his channel on KZbin, which had since reached over 970 million views by June 2024.
