Dimash is the most accomplished singer I have ever heard. His voice is magnificent and the range unfathomable. He uses his skills to take you on the musical journey of the song in such a way that makes you feel like you are inside the song if that makes sense. Pure and simple he is a musical genius.

With this song, you just wet your fingertips in the ocean under the name Dimash ... React further to it and millions of Dimash fans will simply blow up your channel with hundreds of thousands of views and subscriptions. Dimash sings from classical to rap, he is full of surprises, have a good swim in this vast ocean of pleasures. Do you remember the Diva song from The Fifth Element, a movie with Bruce Willis? In this film, the song of the alien Diva was made half with the voice of an opera singer, and half synthesized on a computer to show an alien voice so that human capabilities could not cover the range and jumps of this song, and so: Dimash sang it calmly, which proves that Dimash is an alien. When I heard Dimash sing, I thought that he was not human. When I heard what he said in an interview, I realized that Dimash is more of a human than all of us.

Hi Alison 🎉 Nice to see you. Thanks for the reaction. I'm a wandering Lithuanian (now I'm in Norway). Stumbled upon Dimash since 2017. I was watching a Chinese singing show "I am The Singer" and then he appeared there. You could tell then he will be a biiiig deal in the vocal world. To me he is a revolutionary vocalist, who succeeded in putting together all schools of music and blending them so that there are no limits. This song shows it clearly ❤ And your face during reaction- also 😅

DIMASH's deep voice is what you get when he does an operatic song; it is so rich and vocally powerful; and takes you to other places like on a cloud of vapor , of course "goosebumps" follow along with it. This is just an "other worldly" performance of the highest level. The more times I watch it the more I see and hear, that seems new to me, like things I missed in previous watchings.

Hi from Argentina 🇦🇷 🇦🇷 🇦🇷 At the beginning sounds an old Turkic stringed instrument called Kobys. It is probably the oldest bowed stringed instrument in the world and it spread to became the prototype of all European string instruments as violin an chello. That and the use of the fa minor key in the composition gives the vibe of Middle East /oriental/ exotic sound. Think he´s singing to migrants in general: "New ground far as I can see, new ground underneath my feet, Stranger in a stranger land, new chance to see who I am if I have the strength to begin again"

The reason you don't see often people get out of their seats and present him with a standing ovation is that in some eastern countries like Kazakhstan, Russia,Bielorrússia, ukrain is seen as unpolite. Great reaction! 👍 Stranger is an epic song with touches of medieval, Gregorian and even a march together. I love Dimash’s different voice textures specially the Middle East vibes in those riffs and runs 🎤❤️🔝🎼👏👏 Igor Krutoy said “It was Dimash’s talent that inspired me to write this song, his immense vocal abilities and his desire to sing for a large international audience. Franky, I don’t see anyone else who could perform this piece in such a way” The gentleman playing the Kobyz is master Olzhas Qurmanbeck, the best player in Kazakhstan 🎻🔝 The Kobyz is the first stringed instrument ever. Kobyz is an ancient tool of the Kazakh people. It was used in ancient times by steppe shamans-healers for various rites. Kobyzy is made from a single piece of wood. This is one of the oldest ways of making musical instruments in the history of mankind. It is not due to technical backwardness or the lack of metal devices. According to the ancient beliefs of many people, only in a single piece will the living singing soul of the tree remain, which will sound in the instrument. The open body and strings of the kobyz from a bunch of 30-60 untwisted horse hair give a very thick, overtone-rich timbre. 🔝🔝

Not a movie, but the song was written specifically for Dimash by the pianist, Igor Krutoy. Mr. Krutoy brought in a lyricist and orchestral arrangers, so it has that old world opera style build with separate specialists for maximum awesomeness. By the way, have you listened to Dimash sing 'Unforgettable Day' (at GAKKU). He wrote the song at age 19 and in the GAKKU performance hits an incredible high note of D8. Alison, thank you very much for your reaction. Indeed, Dimash did a great job in this song. Some people think that he is just showing off his voice here, but this is a superficial and incorrect view. Everything he does is thought out to the smallest detail: the change of voices matches the lyrics and immerses into the world of wanderings. While traveling, a person changes, acquiring new qualities and thinking: deeper, stronger and braver, sometimes nostalgic and reflective. In the middle part, he takes us to the world of different cultures and traditions. If this were a film, we would see a change frames, scenery and images, and Dimash does it with his voice. This song is a lifelong journey.😊🪷

Olzhas Qurmanbek plays the kobyz, magnificent performer!! Dimash had the great idea of including this ancient Kazakh instrument in the song when Igor Krutoy proposed it to him, another of his successes (like including the sybyzgy in "Hello" by L Richie in "I am a singer", 2017). Dimash is a vocal chameleon. I hope the mothership never picks him up, his light is needed on Earth. Bravo Dimash!! 💐💐💐💐💐💐💐

That sound you love is the sound of the Silk Road. People always say; Arabic as there is huge ignorance of central Asia (where Dimash is from). Diana Ankudinova has it too. As for 'it should be in a movie'. People say that coz it is epic! And the closet thing they can relate to is that sense of being transported - like being engrossed in a movie. The experience of Dimash performing is also transcendent but we are unused to that level of epic music coz western music is Taylor bloody Swift and the morose (mediocre) Billie Eillish. Dimash is epic, transcendent. Just dwell in that. Of course it would be great in a movie but this IS the 'movie'. Love to see you so invested. Hard not to, right? :) Love from a Kiwi.

Greetings from Tyumen, Alison! Your reaction is a miracle! And the words "there should be riders in the background" just amazed me! Since childhood, I have been interested in fantastic literature - other worlds, parallel universes, universes into the bodies of other people, magic and magical magic... And the song "Stranger" made me associate with some kind of novel about wizards. Here is a group of magicians conducting some kind of ritual, but something went wrong with their plans, and a person from another world moved into the body of the subject, and it is also obvious that he moved in this way many times. And now he is back in an unfamiliar world, which he needs to get used to and try once again to understand who he really is. After all, fragments of memories from past lives are stored in memory, where he had both friends and loved ones.
