You’ve just been “Dimashified” … that is fine, it happened to all of us. You just witnessed the best vocalist alive. King Dimash is from Kazakhstan, he trains a few hours daily since the age of 5, he plays 12 instruments, sings in 8 languages, has an almost 8 (eight) octave vocal range, does everything and anything starting from opera, pop, rock, traditional, even rap and he is the most humble and modest guy I’ve ever seen. When you’ll get to “Unforgettable Day”, please make sure you watch the Gakku concert version - there he hit a D8, that is the note D from the 8th octave, it is a note off the piano keyboard and the highest note ever sung by a human … no wonder many of his dears (this is how he calls his fans) suspect he is an alien. The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. I had the opportunity to say this to Dimash, personally, when I was with him in Latvia where I went, coming from Portugal (there are 8000 km round trip), on the 7th of March 2020. Welcome to the incredible world of Dimash's magical voice! The song "S.O.S." was written almost half a century ago for the Canadian-French rock opera "Starmania". This is the final song of the Main Character of the rock opera. The plot of the rock opera is a distant future, a huge city - a stone jungle, where all people live only in one rhythm "home-work" and everything is under the strict control of the administration. A group of rebels is trying to break free from this artificial "enchanted circle", but "law enforcement agencies" and all law enforcement organizations are fighting against them. The finale - the beloved woman of the Main Character was shot by the security forces and she dies in the Hero's arms. And in the song "S.O.S., this is a cry for help from an earthling in trouble", the authors tried to express by sharp changes in the rhythm, volume and pitch of tones both the longing and the tossing of the soul, and the confusion of a person who has lost the most precious thing in his life. Why do I live, why do I die? Why am I laughing, why am I crying? This is an SOS signal An Earthling in trouble.
