That's one nice looking loaf of bread! Definitely going to make this! Most of the bread I make is mixed in my bread maker on the dough setting, always works out great, then shape and bake it after.

This would be wonderful spread with tarama salata (carp roe caviar spread)or meltzano salata (roasted eggplant spread) tzatziki (yogurt,cucumber, garlic, dill spread) or dipped in EV olive oil and balsamic vinegar.Must make this,I'm starving already . Eucharisto Kopelia!

Yes, you can. The flavor will be more intense, so keep that in mind..

Actually, when she proofs it the second time it comes right back. I was always taught that you knock the air out after the first proof, which makes it easier to shape. After shaping, you proof it a second time and then bake

Really disappointed with this cook. #1 she speaks took fast. Started her receipes not saying how many cups of flour!!! She goes Wayyy to fast. Decided not to follow!
