Daray's work in Vader is much appreciated. None of the drummers after Nick Barker gives the taste of his drum fills and tecnique. Extreme drumming is not only based on speed to me. Respect Nick Barker!

Na pewno nalezy obecnie do czołowych perkusistow na swiecie, zreszta Dimmu ostatnimi latami przyjmowal w swoje szeregi samych wybitnych pałkerow. Daray is one of the sickest blasters I've heard. Check his work on Vader - Impressions in Blood etc. Songs that are almost full of blasts and fills, he just keeps on ticking, he doesn't give a shit. You know why? HARD FUCKING PRACTICE! It's called polish discipline! He's a real worker, and it pays of, hell yeah! Daray's the MAN !

i za to uwielbiam gre Barkera, własnie za te super blasty i przejscia a Daray nie wiem czemu niektore opuscil, na pewno tez by je fajnie zagral:) co do innych pałkerow ktorzy ostatnio grywali w dimmu to uwazam ze Tony Laureno swietnie grał w Nile i Angelcorpse ale w Dimmu jakos mnie do siebie nie przekonal. Co do Nick'a, bez wątpienia tłukł zawsze kapitalne blasty, wg mnie jedne z najlepszych jakie słyszałem ;) ale Daray wcale nie jest gorszy. Idealnie pasuje do Dimmu, ma zajebiste wyczucie rytmu i to z jaką pasją gra widać np na takim koncercie, czy w Vesanii a dawniej Vaderze x) \m/

@Arcturus420 you are right... i prefer astennu than galder... different style, but astennu is better... altrought, galder is a real musician, he wrote a lot of lyrics and music. best dimmu borgir line up: shagrath, silenoz, astennu, nagash, mustin and toljvad.

wiesz co to juz jest nieco kwestia sporna jak dla mnie jesli chodzi o Hellhammera, fakt jest swietnie sprawny technicznie ale uzywa triggerow a ja tego tak za bardzo nie lubie i jest to wylacznie moje zdanie zeby nie bylo niejasności ;p co do Nile, George Kollias pasuje tam idealnie, lata spedzone na wydziele jazzu mu przysłużyły ;)

Po obejrzeniu teraz wszystkich filmików zmieniam zdanie Daray dorownuje pod kazdym wzgeledem Barkerowi, zreszta nie ma co sie dziwic w koncu przyszdł z Vader, maja wiadomo swoje style jak kazdy perkusista, nie wiem czemu Daray opuscil te niesamowite przejcia pod koniec tego kawalka

By the way, this is one of the best songs Dimmu's ever written after their the Spiritual Black Dimensions album. Really hope the new album will have more of these songs. Pur Eup Mis was almost completely filled with top songs, whereas Death Cult Armageddon and In Sorte Diaboli had like 2 songs that were totally awesome, while the rest was quite mediocre almost fillers. Not very inspirationful (if that's a word). Looking forward to the new album for sure though!

@danielrrjd I agree with nocte666. And, Daray's work in Abrahadabra was really generic, which compared to Barker's work, is pretty lame. I mean, c'mon, from Puritanical to In Sorte, the style Barker put in the drums was godly for Dimmu; Abrahadabra, it seemed as if there was no ingenuity, wit, or soul. Not saying he's not a good drummer, he's just not the same caliber to compare to Barker, sorry.
