nice principles. I wonder if SW would succeed on this surface if your helper-block terminated at the tangencies. I notice you made the block larger than it had to be.

I now see that at 2:47 the block is made bigger so that you can start new fillets that are necessarily smaller than the block

All of the sample files for these videos are available under the News & Resources section of our website. The files for the filleting presentation are here: dimontegroup.com/filleting-master-class/ The downside is that these files were created 6 years ago. The one on our website for this tutorial (13_Tricky_Corner.SLDPRT) was modeled using SOLIDWORKS 2012, and does not rebuild correctly in later versions. If you want to use our model and don't have SOLIDWORKS 2012, you will need to do a little repair work due to a surface cut flipping its intended direction and also the loss of a couple of face and edge IDs. This sort of stuff happens. It's good to learn how to deal with it when it comes up.
