डाक्टर साहब मैं 62+ हूं।हाइट पांच फुट तीन इंच है।वजन अस्सी किलो है। घुटनों की तकलीफ़ है। कार्टिलेज के लिए दवा दे रहे हैं। गेंहू और चावल का इनटेक पहले से वन फोर्थ करने को बोला है ।वजन कम हो सके। जो भी आपने बताया वही मेरे डाक्टर ने बताया है । आपकी एक्सरसाइज भी मैं फौलो करती हूं ।काफी आराम है। धन्यवाद।

Take soaked almonds, akharot, chia seeds n sometimes orange juice . Taking turmeric in milk or water to reduce inflammation n regular exercise is suggested in this video.
