मुझे सरवाईकल ,लंबार स्पाँन्डीलाॅसीस और पुरे शरीरके मसल्स विक है उसकी वजहसे मेरा राईट पेर थोडा लंबा हो गया है. मुझे चलने मे दिक्कत है ।मै घरमे कभीछुट्टा या पकडकर चलती हूँ!मेराब्यॅलंस जाता है ।डरकी वजह मै अकेले कहीनहि जा सकतीऔर मैं जादा चलभी नही सकती. आपने बताई सब चिजे मै खातीहूॅ. मेरे लेफ्ट घुटनेकेमनिचे जोहठ्ठी होती हैवहा पाच मिनीट खडे होनेसे दर्द होताहै तै मै ये व्यायाम करसकती हूॅ जवाब देना?धन्यवाद
