DINAKDAKAN | THE BEST & EASIEST WAY TO FOLLOW DINAKDAKAN RECIPE | FOODNATICS

DINAKDAKAN is a popular appetizer that is originated from Ilocos region here in the Philippines. It is usually made with pig parts like ears, face, mascara, liver and pork brain. My version is consists of pig's face, ears and instead of using pork brain I substituted it with mayonnaise. This recipe
is very easy and quick to prepare. It is perfect paired with a glass of beer or serve it with a freshly steamed rice.
Ingredients for boiling pork face & ears
water (enough water to fully submerge)
2-3 stalks lemongrass
1 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp pepper
Dinakdakan Ingredients
60g mayonnaise
3 1/2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp coarse salt
pepper
500g pork face
500g pork ears
4 pcs chicken liver
180g yellow onion
90g red onion
3pcs green chilis
4pcs red chilis
1 thumb-sized ginger
