To summarize, Dina made about $28000 CAD over her 3 months (with Feb making up 50% of income amount). This is getting close to her goal of 10k CAD per month revenue. Her expenses so far with some being payments for last year's obligations like taxes and this year's subscription payments to year end was over $10k CAD. Usually taxes would update last year's income/expense report and annual payment is expensed each month via accrual method vs. cash in and out method (I assume you are using cash method when you receive and pay out cash for accounting purposes). She diversified her income streams with Brand Deals taking over 40% and hourly work like Calligraphy classes taking less. This is also helped by the majority of income being USD and expenses being CAD benefited by lower CAD/USD exchange rate. Great work over the years.

Great summary! For my own personal uses, I like calculating things on a cash basis because it tells me how much money I actually have RIGHT NOW and how much is going in and out at the moment. I do have an accountant/bookkeeper who does it for my business separately.

Fantastic video! I love watching your progress towards your goals. When doing digital product research, do you ever buy the digital products that are similar to the ones you will make to analyze them? Or do you think that is necessary?

Thanks for watching!! I have done it one time and it was very useful. It can be useful but not super necessary. I think looking at people's marketing and listing photos will do the job

Is it possible to sell digital products through the KZbin membership? Like if people hit the 'Join' button, can they buy digital products off there if you decided to sell digital products directly through the youtube membership or are the perks limited to just basic stuff like 'loyalty badge, priority reply to comments, and early access to new videos'?

I haven't looked it into detail yet, but I think I can offer things like digital products through the membership, but I'm not sure if I can charge extra for it.

Thank you! I'm so happy to hear that!! To be honest, it's hard to manage everything haha. But my best advice is to start with just 1-2 things as your focus, build those up, and then add more income streams/projects.
