My opinion is not to conduct by election. Election commission of India can advice the party of late MLA or MP to nominate any person or possible the party leader may take over as MLA or Mp of that consistency . so that tax money will not be wasted there is one more problem is the enemies of MLA , MP may take any step to become that possion this is challenging situation for for EC of India

In all elections like reserve players can have Reserved MP MLA of each party and ruling party can be given the right to ruling government fill the reserve MP or MLA. If it is a place related to Opposition that party can fill his reserved MP and MLA. This could avoid Unnecessary Election Expenses time and also the new Cash for Votes. Election Commission to think in this angle to save the economy in this large democracy.

People who comment here please know some facts. In Uttarakhand Badrinath seat was held by Cong when it went for bypolls and they have retained it this time also. In Mangalaur the muslim population is over 80% and BJP has never won in that seat. It was always between BSP and Cong. This time Cong wrested that seat from BSP. in Himachal Pradesh two seats were won by Cong which was earlier held by Independents and one seat won by BJP which was held by an Independent earlier who now joined BJP and won again from the same constituency.

❤India has many NATIONAL parties like Congress I, BJP, Communists (CPI, CPM,) with Pseudo Secular, Rightist, and Communist ideologies and principles, fighting for power, in every election, for 75 yrs now! Even an island city country like Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, in Far East, have gone forward already, and India with its huge population, drags on !!!!!No political party in India has shown patriotism as its prime principle, except Congress BEFORE Independence, which is well known thru Gandhi, and after Independence by BJP, rightists, to sustain that principle !!!!!! True Democracy still exists in India, with the exception of minority appeasements, elections fought by money bags,and illiterates poor attracted to it, and therefore, not without blemish!!!! Unless the Executive Judiciary and Admn. are totally completely separated, with its own powers, only Constitution made very strong, giving PEOPLE very strong, present turmoil cannot be stopped. Public must have, apart from voting rights, the"""" Recalling"" rights by voting, any MP or MLA indulging in anti national corruptive or indulging in civil crimes, and such persons permanently barrred from contesting!!!!! All govt depts, RBI, CEC, CBI, NIA, CVC, CJI, CIC, etc must be made totally independent thru special Acts, answerable only to President, who will constitute a Tribunal, against such depts for any wrong doing!!!! Justice established! Such overhaul by present bjp govt is ideal and welcome !!!!!!!

❤Congress fought for Independence then under Gandhi, Nehru, Patel, Rajaji, Azad, Tilak, Bose, and such tall leaders! Dr Ambedkar a born Dalit, but brilliant scholar, with many degrees to his credit, took to framing Indian Constitution , as President of the then Assembly.. Now it has made very many amendments, now and again for last 75 yrs! Congress was split as Congress 0 , Congress I , old congress, indira congress, etc. now continues as Congress I. This one is staunchly (Pseudo) Secular!!!!! (Minorities Appeasements for votes) Objected to by Rightist BJP !!!!!! Now ! RaGa is the off shoot of Indira and therefore, wants to continue only congress I principles!!!! Now he is LOP in 2024 to 2029 !!!!?? And can sueeze the ears of bjp !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
