You look so beautiful mashallah. After giving birth you dont need to pray for the duration of your bleeding, forty days being the cut off point, it is called nifaas, or postnatal bleeding. It is so important to pray five times a day, its obligatory and cannot be left, so its good you pray in front of Hannah. I pray that Allah swt gives you the tawfiq and steadfastness to never leave your 5 times prayer. Ameen. Its is so nice to have you back, you are a youtuber who i never get bored during your vids mashallah.

40 days? As a student that just is a big myth. 40 is the maximum days if you're *non-stop* bleeding or else *it'll be untill you've stopped* which can even be within a few weeks. Hope that clarifies!

Dina !! You are beautiful !! Thank you for your honesty and just being so down to Earth. A lot of creators are afraid or refuse to admit when they are down or have been down or just put out an air of perfection. But you keep it so humble and real and I truly appreciate that. Thank you

Dina, with the list in your head thing, the best thing you can do is to write everything down as soon as you think that you need to do it. It frees up space in your mind, I swear. And if there are things that you and/or Sid need to do - get an app for shared lists and have a list together. That way you can wake up and for example write down that you need to buy this and that or pay this bill etc. and then without constantly worrying if the other person did it or if you remember it, you just check the app and see what you still have to do and what has been done. It literally changed my life, so much less stress! I highly recommend it! The most important thing is: as soon as you think you need to do something or remember something write it down. That's why for me it's the easiest to have an app on my phone :)

I love love love and adore how brutally honest you are, and I can tell you right now, you are an amazing mother/woman and have absolutely taken life by the balls. You do your best and that's all that can be asked of anyone anyway. You make us all proud and no matter the route you take, wild, normal, different, you will succeed and be the best version of you. Life can be a big ugly b*tch, you always push through, I, as I'm sure others, are/am stupid proud of you. Do what you do, love ya tons. - From one woman to another.

@ladeeeeM7 жыл бұрын
Winterism I’ve always admired Dina’s complete honesty when it comes to lots of topics, but especially the subject of children. I think way too many people sugarcoat it and therefore people don’t realise the reality and the struggles. I don’t want kids due to many different reasons (mainly health).
@yvwinter7 жыл бұрын
Groenteuh, There's plenty of different kinds of love out there for all of us. I can love my friends, parents, siblings, niece and nephew, and be happy and fulfilled with that. I don't feel like I am missing out at all. :)

Amina, I understand completely. I see how my sisters struggle, and often ask my mom why she had five of us! haha The best decision is a fully informed decision, and that cannot happen when people are not told the truth about the reality of parenthood. It's not for everyone.

Amina Jane Ishaq it’s nice to see another Muslim woman share their thoughts about not wanting to have children. I feel like we’re almost pressured to have kids. I really don’t want to have any. I don’t see the appeal of it at all. And likewise, due to my past issues with mental health, I know it will make me really unhappy. Thanks for you question to her! And it reminds me to do my own praying and spiritual things through the week. I'm so glad to hear that I'm not the only one! I think as women we need a little religion(whether you're Muslim or Christian) to help us stay strong

I thought I was the only one that noticed the weight loss. Im struggling out here with losing weight. I thought it’d be rude to say as she has explained that she had experienced bulimia and it may be a factor in this. I don’t want to make any assumptions. But if it was intentional I would love a what I eat in a day video or work out regime or just for Dina to tell us how much she lost in how much time. Because I’m really depressed about my weight. I’ve got 30 kg to lose and I don’t know where or how to start.
@QtQ.7 жыл бұрын
Laura Haile A lot of people spend so much time and effort into planning their meals and exercising, but all you really need to do is consume less calories than you burn. For me, I carried on eating exactly what I loved, I just ate less of it. I drank a big glass of water before every meal, and found that it helped me eat less. I also reduced my portions in everything I ate. Instead of two toasts, I ate one. If i had a chocolate bar, i made sure that I didn’t eat all of it. I always put less food on my plate than I wanted to, and had to exercise restraint to not go in for seconds. If I wasn’t full from my meal, i drank another glass of water. It helped me feel full. I also chewed gum all day long. It helped stop me snacking. Of course eating healthy is good for your body, as is exercising, but if you’re like me and find it difficult to eat healthy, focus on portion control. Trying to eat healthy made me focus and think too much about food and what i was eating. It made me eat more. The first few days were hard but after about three or four, My stomach grew accustomed to eating less and i didn’t even get hungry anymore. Good luck on your journey.

Exactly what I was going to say! Weight loss is not always a good thing. Just because you're lighter, it doesn't mean you're healthier. Just make sure you're exercising, eating well and practicing healthy habits and the healthy weight will come ... less processed foods, less sugar, more fruits and vegetables and wholegrains, but just balance! :)

For praying you can search it up online or even go to a mosque and ask someone? Maybe find someone who is Muslim and they can teach you. Sorry to go offtopic I am starting to work on a non-profit to help people with depression. We just made an app called 247Buddy.net where you can talk to someone and pour your heart out or listen to someone who wants to be heard. We created this app because some cannot afford therapy or some don't need it they just need to talk to someone. Yes this concept still has flaws but its a start. People with anxiety and depression constantly need someone to talk to until they feel better. If somebody has any experience with non-profit, please help us.

amel I think she means dont say things like: oh you really think you are handsome right, but you are not even that handsome...you really think you are so nice but you are not because etc...Just dont point out his bad sides

it means don’t say hurtful and negative things to him that would lower his confidence and make him insecure, like saying “you’re ugly” even if it’s just a joke, because if you say it over and over again just “as a joke” it could definitely start to get to their heads and hurt their feelings.

Hi Dina, soooooo true...Motherhood is a crazy ride & a bit lonely at times when you don’t have family & friends close by but Alhamdulilah I got out of the depression face, truly don’t know how.
