I tried paneer biriyani in talapakatti style without cooker...on dum style....Excellent aroma and taste...It matched almost 85% of talapakatti. Since it is first time, i reduced spice. If i would have added little more spice, would have become 95% match.... Amazing recipe....All friends, please try this...I was not adding kalpassi as it had lot of bitter taste.... But this time I added cashew as you showed and added rice oora vacha water, both just enhanced the flavor. A small tip : 1 table spoon ghee la rice ah light ah varuthutu serthukonga.. Bro-any tip for salt measure.. like how many spoons for every cup of rice..I know it depends on taste of each person.. but if you have a standard measure that we can follow ..that will help

@nellai Kannan Yes. As you said it depends on taste of each person. But for 1 cup of rice(150 grams rice) we usually add 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt. In this recipe we will add salt for vegetables also. Hi Mohana neenga entha oorla irukeenga ? chinna vengayam mostly ella oorlaum kidaikum. chinna vengayam illati paravailla 1 red onion use pannunga taste difference varathu. chinna vengayam good for health and it will add more taste than pallari vengayam.
