Hi guys welcome to aclaireytale!! NEW SERIES INCOMING! Walt Disney World Vlogs 2024!!!
We were here March/April 2024! I am in Florida for 4 weeks! So stay tuned for 4 weeks' worth of Florida footage!!
This vlog is all about different dining options offsite from Disney! These ones are mainly in Kissimmee on the 192 but they tend to be chains so there may be others closer to where you are staying! I'd like to preface this with we love a caesar salad, please don't judge!! Haha. These clips are over a number of days in my last week in Florida. Bit of a different kind of vlog showing you different offsite restaurants. We go to some firm family favourites, try some new restaurants and experiences as well! Hope you enjoy!
We start of at Texas Roadhouse! This is on the 192. We love this one, especially the cinnamon butter and bread! Next up is Cracker Barrel - this is a family favourite we love this one! I love the shop in there as well. I show you around the Cracker Barrel store and then what we eat. I show you the menus as well so you can see what you would order!
Next up we try Portillo's for the first time! This was not great! We probably won't go back.
We go to World of Coffee on Vineland Road. Another that we won't rush to go back to - it took FOREVER to be served and the cake was not great!
The next restaurant is a new one for us, The Lazy Dog! This is one that has recently opened up on the 192. We enjoyed this and will definitely go back. A similar restaurant next, Miller's Ale House! Famous for its zingers! We enjoyed watching some sports and our meal here!
Finally we go to Margaritaville, Sunset Walk for a meal at Ford's Garage. This was so much fun! I love a themed restaurant. We had some of the best burgers here at Fords Garage. Service amazing as well. We loved the food, atmosphere and theming. Definitely recommend this one! We walk around Sunset Walk a little bit and then head back home. Hope you enjoyed this vlog!! I have been collecting Cracker Barrel Christmas salt & pepper shakers since I worked in their gift shop back in 2009. ( best job ever, so fun!) I have probably 20 sets that I display at christmas time. And at 99 cents each, its a cheap collection. ❤

We have Cracker Barrel and Texas Roadhouse here in the Atlanta area not far from my home. Havent been to Texas Roadhouse in awhile but hope to go back soon. I do eat at Cracker Barrel quite often. I would love Ford's. The theming is great with the grease rag napkins and I love the tire sinks. As always Claire another Awesome vlog!!😊

I loved the cracker barrel shop but wasn't really keen on the food ! Haven't been to Florida for years so haven't tried the others . Great video . I do agree about the ceaser salad ,it's amazing x

Texas Road House in New Jersey they give you popcorn 🍿 while waiting to be seated 😂 there is popcorn all over the floor 😂 I always give my parents and brother gift cards for their birthdays…. agreed the bread is delicious with the honey butter 😋 Next time you go to Fords you should try the tire iron onion rings!!!! They serve it on a vertical tire iron display….. Thanks for sharing 🤗 As always I love watching your videos ❤

We have a Portillos. Cracker Barrel, and Lazy Dog by us. I really want to try Fords. That looks really good.

This video freaked me out when it started as your backyard is exactly like mine! Then I realized yours is much cleaner, haha. If you go back to Potillo's, do try the Street Polish dog, I have that about once a month, and the cakes (both chocolate and lemon) are really, really good. Only place you went here I haven't yet is Ford's Garage but I've been wanting to, and this just inspired me more. BTW, in the same area, Cowboy Chicken is really good, if you're looking for something a little more low key. Very much enjoyed this video, thank you!

When you are on the way out of Texas Roadhouse ask them for some peanuts. They will give you bags to go. You also need to try Giordano's pizza.

That was fun. None are in the part of the US where I live, and have only encountered Cracker Barrel when I’ve traveled to other parts of the US. The shrimp platter is my go to. Not a fan of the corn as a side dish, but love corn bread - not a fan of biscuits either. You should have had your father show what the urinals look like at Ford’s. Seen images from other vlogs, and they fit in with the theming. BTW, we use “homely” like you do in the UK - cozy and comfortable. However, it’s mostly used as a “polite way” to say someone is unattractive, ok - ugly.

I love Cracker Barrel. I ate at that location years ago. It was nice to see the shop and part of the menu in your video. Those shark salt shakers look pretty sharp 🤣 Thank you for posting the video! 😀

Ahh amazing thank you for watching! I actually had a bad experience at Cheddars and it really put me off! We walked in and it was like it was this big nuisance that we even turned up, the server took ages to come to us, my salad had completely turned, the main meal wasn't too great, I didn't get any refills, they didn't check we were happy with the food or anything. I don't know it just put me off but maybe I need to go back and try again! Hopefully get a better experience!

Enjoyed your American food tour. We have been to all of them except Millers and Ford Garage. In Texas, Texas Roadhouse gives you peanuts while you wait for your table. Do they give you anything in Florida.
