Such a beautiful heartfelt tribute to Memorial Day. I was a military wife for many years while my husband was in the Marine Corp. And I truly benefited from those years. I learned what in life is really important. Living on base was very different but the camaraderie of military families knitted us together. When we returned to civilian life I saw life differently. I saw the emptiness of possessions and the fullness of family. God had bestowed wisdom on me that has supported me thru the years. You and your hubby have that...isn't it wonderful?!

It has been hard and deployments aren’t fun by any stretch of the imagination but we would not be who we are today without the sacrifices made. God is good and we are thankful. What a beautiful table, my dad was a marine, and I have an uncle and cousin in the air force. My grandfather also served in the army. Thank you for such a beautiful tribute, so many don't acknowledge our soldiers, but I was raised to respect and honor our military.

Absolutely gorgeous table and buffet. Every year I would set up a white table in my elementary school library. I was the librarian and I would read the book" America's White Table" it was important for children to learn the sacrifices our military families make for our freedom. Your video was beautiful! I am overwhelmed with this tablescape. Your hand lettering is beautiful. I have a desire to learn these writing styles so I recently purchased some books and pens to get myself started. I liked learning the symbolism of the fallen soldier place setting. You have a gift for decorating and arranging. Any home store would be fortunate to have you to make displays and vignettes!
