I completely agree about the M&S no VPL knickers. I bought some lace ones that don't have VPL, I think it also helps that they are a slightly larger size than my standard.

I have a similar struggle with nude undies for summer and have found that M&S sell cotton ones in their multi packs. They're not going to inflame anyone's desire but they're comfy and kind to your junk 👍🏻 x x

when you do go to Lisbon, see if you have time to take a day trip to Setubal and go to Serra da Arabida, there are loads of small beaches and Portinho da Arabida is so lovely. Sesimbra is also great and has a lovely beaches. there is a beach called Ribeira do Cavalho which can only be reached by taking a hike down the serra or by boat from Sesimbra. you must visit, its worth it!. enjoy your time there.
