@@TheLateralLine was good 25 years ago, big trevs. More than likely over fished now but off the point looking at the reef still produces and the southern end of the bay if you walk to old wharf, go up the hill and back down to the point there produces kingies I hear, never been there, considered extreme in spot x.

Have you found the release clip damages the braid at all? And if not have you got any advice on the best one to go for?

Never had a problem with damaged braid! There is a nice rubber pad thing between the plastic part of the clip and the braid. Any clip/peg system will do just make sure it’s one you can adjust the holding pressure 👍 thanks for watching
