Jamie, have you ever had fried green tomatoes? They are so delicious and you can even do them with tomatillos. I found that out because green tomatoes only come around once a year are here all around.

I have one complaint I live in California and you say 100 g of something all I think about is cocaine but how do I know what 100 g is a quarter cup a half a cup and don’t tell me oven temperatures in Celsius that means I have to do some research And God knows I don’t like doing that
