Diocesan (Eparchial) Survey

The St. Thomas Syro Malabar Diocese of Chicago is announcing the release of the Diocesan Survey! This survey asks questions relevant to all Syro Malabar Catholics in the US today. We kindly ask everyone - teens, youth, young adults, adults, and seniors, to fill out the survey.
