The Syrian Christian community is entirely dominated by women. This community is not giving enough support to boys and their education. Even in church owned educational institutions, all the jobs are taken by girls. Equally or more qualified young men are left unemployed. If a cheque to passed in a parish, it should be Co-signed by parish trustees, you said. Then how the land issue in Ernakulam diocese happened? How issues take place in many parishes? How priest manipulate parish funds?. What democracy you followed when you introduced the synodal❤ mass? Did you consult the believers in the church?

You have even denied us a bishop. You talk about shepherds to guide the faithful. Take the lessons from your speech. Usually, when new a priest arrives at a new parish ,he behaves as if he owns the church and its assets but in reality it belongs to the parishioners, the priest's role is to serve the community as the representative of Jesus. All the instructions such as hospitals,colleges, schools are the vehicles to make money and provide opportunities for close family members, friends first before offering an opportunity for anyone else ,that is at a price. In the recent years these colleges are struggling to take students as they go overseas to study with better opportunities. Who created this situation? Parish priests used to visit parishioners as a matter of routine ,now that is unheard of,yet they waste no time to remind you of the endless collections and your obligations to make these on time ,failing which ,they (priests)threaten to withdraw their services such as funerals,weddings etc. What a sad state of affairs, even sacraments are priced based on the inflation of the state as it becomes more expensive each year.!!!

At present time, priests have no time be with faithful. Syro Malabar church is not example for other churches and faithful. The new generation is migrating to other countries, there is one problem is Syro Malabar church. Always there is problem in between Bishops, priests, faithful.. There is no Unity, peace, love..etc
