Dior Diorama, Diorissimo, Diorella, Dioressence Review

I used to wear Diorella when I was a teenager. In these years my Mom was wearing Diorissimo. I watch this video with a touch of nostalgia ;-) I love vintage fragrances.

Diorella was introduced to target women in the 70s that were using the masculine Eau Sauvage. It was the young modern denim wearing generation. The original blue packaging was a nod to denim blue. Diorama was absolutely a "winter fragrance" for the fur coat wearing fashionable ladies.

I'm a new subbie. I used to wear diorella in the late 70s , beautiful fragrance, used to wear miss Dior too, another big fav rochas EAu de rocha, with the ice cubes lid, another beautiful fragrance. Seb pronounces the fragrance names so beautifully. I'm hooked already nostalgia, a perfume a smell will transport you back in time.

Classics. Diorella and Dioressence are my favourites. Dior made beautiful scents. The vintage is best IMHO.

You know me I love my florals and I love these with Dioressence being my favorite of the three but all are great. Diorling is great too if you have'n't sampled it. Classic and vintage just like I love my perfumes. Great job Sebastian.

Loved that discussion. Dior is my favorite. Still wearing Eau Sauvage and dreading reformulation that usually destroys a good fragrance. It could be an old video but I just discovered you and I am binge watching on my day off. Your expertise is obvious and you had my favorites today. Diorella is my nr one.I is now discontinued. LOVE that aroma, still have a small volume for special mood improving days. To compose such a beautiful scent is an art only very few are capable.It remains me of music.We all music lovers appreciate quality and still we have the special love we listen over and over again.That is Diorella and close to it but not equal Diorissima.Thank you for making my day off so wonderfully fragrant.

diorama my kind of perfume, I have been wearing it since i turned a young woman as my mom wore diorama too and we both love am now trying to have my daughter wear this one but she likes the fruity sparkly fresh stuff but hoping she will enjoy this too

my 21 year old girlfriend has a big sentimental spot for lilly of the valley and has always struggled to find a fragrance she likes, which doesn't give her a headache. I got her Diorissimo for our anniversary and she instantly fell in love, it's a real authentic LOTV scent and it's light enough to not get cloying for her very sensitive nose hahaha, it's great! and i love it too.

Diorama and Dioressence sound best to me...I’ve never tried any of these because I’m not a fan of lily of the valley scents, now that I know they are not all lily of the valley dominant I may check Diorama and Dioressence out! Thanks for this video!

Diorissimo was seemingly perfect for me until you related it to LV Apogee which IS perfectly perfect for me, lol... no wonder I was ready to pull a blind buy, but I already pretty much have a new bottle of Apogee. So beautiful. I also recently got a chance to sample Ormonde Jayne Frangipani which too smells very very much like Apogee, just a hint more creamy which I love as well!

Diorissimo is nice but definitely for skin or clothing. For me it’s very indolic and almost chemical on paper strip(maybe the rosemary?) doesn’t do it justice. I have not the vintage but before the recent reformulation bottle.

Hi. Can you do a video for Clive Christian Men C now called C wood or C masculine and Men No. 1. I am new to this. I visited London and tried it they are my favourite. Found it expensive and looking for closest comparable alternatives to the Clive’s that are affordable.

Thanks for the review. I've only tried diorissimo. I like it but it's too feminine for me. One thing that upset me about dior is thier fragrance name. Confusing. Now there are other new one in the new privee line called Diorissima and Dioramour. Sigh.

gunmetal24 dioressence got reformulated. Todays only lasts 20 minutes. Only top Note left. Really Bad and sad.

I love Diorissimo, my all time favorite, but I am guessing, just like me, what you have is the reviewed version from the late 90s, and not the original vintage perfume. The contemporary version has just few of the original notes. I wish you had done your homework.

This 2009 re-edition les creations de Monsieur Dior are just gross，especially Diorissimo，the old edition is fresh a little sweet and lily of the valley like smell，this new 09 edition smells like cheap plastic jasmine
