And They Weren't Together That Long...But While They Were....WOW!!!🤯......NO ONE Else Had A Sound Like Them!! E P I C !!! I've Since Followed Mark Knopflers' Solo Career - As Well As That Of His Younger Brother, David Who - In My Opinion, Is Equally As Talented!

I was there!! 17 years and my first concert! Epic ... Thanks to the monumental storm hours before the concert, I was able to be close to the stage despite the fact that my train arrived in the city just an hour and a half before the Blues Brothers Banda (the group that was supporting act) began. A lot of people had climbed onto the stands (under cover) and so I was able to get down on the grass and stand about ten meters in front of Illsley. Memorable and unique.

I got to see dire straits perform at the forum in Inglewood and it was the only concert where I sat in the front row. I wish someone would put a dire straits tribute concert together.

A pesar de que han pasado 31 años parece que fue ayer cuando asistí a ese concierto en mi ciudad Zaragoza jamás olvidaré esa noche .Son de esos conciertos que uno no olvida en la vida todo fue espectacular .Por cierto fue el último como banda posteriormente a Knopfler lo volví haber en el año 2005 en el Príncipe Felipe mi cantante y banda preferida
