Great to see you back, Happy New year. I was looking at Brad’s website last night. Gotta get me one of those Chud boxes. Professionals and home cooks really seem to love that thing. Got a pork belly in my freezer. Planing on doing some of those on my offset soon. Thanks for the video

You're back!! Happy new year brotha. I'm definitely going to give this a try. Thank you for another great video. In a future video, could you possibly go over the heat management of the Mini Chud Box (MCB)? I have recently purchased an MCB and have been cooking on it as much as possibly but I'm still trying to figure out how much and what type of charcoal to use for the best results. Back indeed! I’ll definitely do a video on how I manage the Chudbox. I use Jealous Devil lump charcoal. It doesn’t spark when igniting and I’ve found it has the longest burn time out of anything I’ve used

Nope, still have it. It’s on my deck and gets a lot of direct sunlight. That makes it hard to film
