I am going to purchase this printer soon. I have done some research and also watching your videos has convinced me this is worth investing in. I do have a quick question, is there any extra steps that needs to be done if I don’t use the printer on a daily basis?

I received nozzle check film with printer supplies. Can you send me a video on step by step on how to do nozzle check and print head cleaning? I know you showed what to click on in cadlink for this, but I don’t know how to actually do it with the paper and stuff.

How do I run a power cleaning? When I click that in the program nothing happens. I’ve run the head cleaning multiple times but the white is still not coming out like it should. The white looks blueish.

I know I’m a half year too late, but that probably mean that your printhead is colliding with something mid print. Try propping your lid open during a print job and seeing if it hits anything. For mine, the ink lines were rubbing against the lid itself, which set off the error.

Hi, I need help! I did all my cleaning prior to printing as suggested but today my white ink refuses to come out. Any idea as to what happened? I got a lot of projects on standby and this happened. Please help

Did you do a strong head cleaning? And do you need to add more white ink?

@@SilhouetteSchool Yes indeed. I cleaned the head very well and all my inks are full. I filtered out air from each line and yet, no white ink. Am beginning to fill that something else is wrong with the printer. I planned to call the company tomorrow if I can have it exchanged, it’s only 3 months and am not happy at all. If you think of anything else am missing please let me know 😢😢

Curious bought this for my wife she cleans it head cleans it maintains it and for some reason 6our of 10 prints come out funky like no ink on parts of the design. Like dry rolling marks is their anything u can recommend I will try and attach a picture to show u

After you close the lid do you need to hit a button reset printhead? Do you turn it off?
