I appreciate this video series. You show tenacity, patience, and vision. I have a 1989 XR250R with rear drum. I have a swing arm, rear wheel with disc, caliper, master cylinder from a 1992 XR600R..... (maybe) we'll see.

In short what will i need to convert rear wheel to disk brakes, i thought I'll just need a wheel that supports disk brakes?

Rear wheel that supports a disc brake. The correct axel mount, either bearings in the wheel or modifed swingarm. Modified caliper holder and swing arm to hold the caliper in the right place. New pedal setup and master cylinder bolt on.
