I was gonna get one of a dirt devil stick vacs like this, but chose Bissell over it because of quality and suction power.. 🙂Thanks for the review otherwise!

Can't take cover off of plug prongs. What is the secret?

I bought 2 for work. Very light & powerful consider its tight compact size and flat brush head. It's a choice for the buyer of do you like top heavy or bottom heavy distribution? This one the weight is located at the bottom. Yes, you can pay more for a more powerful DYSON. But compact size and feather light weight does matter. 👍

In my case I bought this one specifically for my mother who is 70 and has a hip joint problem, in addition to a knee problem. She holds this vacuum with one hand and the cane with the other. It works out for her. Heavy vacuums and messy cords would not work for her.
