After years of trying to get a Hysterectomy, I was able to be approved of one shortly after this mess. I have no regrets no more pain and no more anemia and craving for dirt. Lol. Thanks for asking.

Eating dirt comes from a iron deficiency. Pica is the name. I've actually eaten dirt, brown and darker. My favorite is white sand from riverbanks and beach sand. Its better if its completely dried out and baked by the sun. I always have water handy to drink.

No idea why youtube recommended this, but there is some science to eating dirt. Maybe not entire handfuls like this lady. For example it has been linked that primitive cooking methods using fire, you will naturally ingest a little bit of ash and charcoal, both of which if ingested with food in small amounts does help the gut, you also never see native people scrubbing their food clean like we do today, it was normally eaten straight after being pulled from the dirt. We know that cows ingest bacteria from the dirt and roots of plants that allows them to digest and synthesize vitamins, especially those that cannot be found in the plan itself like B12 though a long fermentation process in their two stomachs, without this bacteria cows would waste away and die as they are unable to digest the plants they eat.
