Hi there...went to play Dirt Rally 2 on my H3 today and it does not move my rig....playing MSFS2020 and Assetto Corsa just fine, just DR2 does not move the H3....and clues would be much appreciated

There were a few ways back when I posted this. It needed a setup with base stations or cameras though. What VR and motion system are you using?

@@SheikIB I have a Quest3 - I don't use SteamVR tho......because the Quest3 default config works well out the box, I have a new H3 , and I bought a Witmotion setup which I just haven't got around to using or fitting yet, especially if I could just use a controller anyway ?

@PhantomMark yeah the quest 3 wouldn't work with just the controller. The witmotion option works well but definitely takes some setup and I think requires steamvr. Honestly I got to the point with my h3 that I limited the roll motion just enough that I really didn't need the motion comp anymore. It gave a faster response to the weight shift too which was worth it.

#1. Why doesn't the chair seem to move (roll left & right) to recreate lateral G forces when you turn? Pitch and Yaw seem to be fine, but there isn't any apparent roll; even at low speed turning there are some G forces, (maybe 1/2 a G) and the roll motion should be more visible. Is it a settings issue, did you dialed it down? #2. Are you driving automatics? I noticed that you have a shifter, and paddle shifters as well, but you aren't using any of them on this video.

I think more side Gs are in track racing, in rally is more drifting, you can see a lot of yaw movent. At track without drifting it would be opposite more roll and almost no yaw.

I've wondered the same. I have a VR headset I got for racing, but I immediately get sick. 😥

@@maximum9065 give it time.. takes a while to get used to. Make sure running at 90fps and close your eyes when crashing and reversing. Hope that helps

@@vPaps it's a PSVR so I have no way of knowing if the games are running at 90fps or not. Traded my wheel that supports PS4 since I was having no luck with vr. Hoping to try again though with my flight stick for Star Wars Squadron.

Nope.. I got sick from stationary vr then got over it. And now I have a 6 dof motion rig I have to get use to it all over again. Only way to not get sick is practice..
