Nice driving mate, but some of the corners you need to be on the power more. You're in a 4WD car and using the power pulls and drives you through the corner nicely. Thank you for showing some gameplay. Game looks amazing.

The lighting need a bit of improvement, specially behind the car, reflecting+glowing a bit more and with more dust particles, the smoke seem to disappear very fast. But still awesome game, can't wait to get my hands on it.

I don't know about the second part, but the first one you can - there's an option called "Unexpected Moments" which I guess is things like that. With cars off the road, the cool thing is that it is reflected in the standings and running order, so only cars running ahead of you can be stopped and those cars will be the same ones affected on the results screen.

Better turn off the steering wheel view, or you can adjust the seat (height, angle etc), should be posible like in the previous games. @@TheJokerit19

@falchulk I do that already, though, but the point is that while I don't really directly look at the gear number too often, I still want to have it visible at all times just in case to avoid potentially downshifting one too many gears by accident. I only ever really look at it while downshifting, especially if I intend to go down to second, for example, or even all the way down to first. Having proper access to the figure indicating the selected gear just gives that tiny bit more confidence when downshifting.

The physics look 100 times better than the previous ones, considering that Dirt Rally 1 had wrong physics and car behaviors from the start. XGamerX No one except the consultants and development participants know about the whole game yet. Besides, there is no perfect rally sim that delivers full real life rally experience either, not even RBR. We will have to see how DR 2.0 manages the whole aspects and behaviors of real life rally when it releases.

@@ssiizzuurp1600 Well, you don't need to to try the real thing, to tell that @1:35 is unrealistic vehicle behaviour. The cars seem to be "glued" to the ground as they were in any other game based on the same DR engine. Also, I don't seem to notice any wheelspin (if you watch the tac closely) while accelerating on wet gravel. Having played DR and other dirt games I am pretty sure this will not be a sim.

grid autosport???!!! wtf man. cars were literally glued down in that game, couldnt lose traction if you tried. brakes were not needed, corners could be taken at next to any speed. the only physics it had was to make your turns wider at higher speeds, there was not tyre traction stuff going on at all. it is the worst car game i ever played, which is a shame as i respected them for adding splitscreen on pc. and original grid was good on xbox 360 back in the day (or seemed it at the time). but another autosport is the last thing we need... jeeeze

for me to enjoy a rally game each stage needs at least two handbrake/ hairpin turns. and i mean proper, tight turns... i am not interested in a game with boring tracks. needs loads of elevation changes, loads of tight technical turns. and if you dont have the copyrights to use real stages like these and the only real stages left are boring then screw it, make your own. i dont care if they are not real, i would prefer real ones. but only if they are technical. difficult and fun. not interested in boring rally stages. these look too much like boring simplistic and repetiitve dirt 4 stages with little to no hairpin turns.
