Dirt Rally 2.0 VR -- 4080 test

How on earth do you start a VR session. I connect my Q3 and see the large VR screen but can't seem to find a way to have full in car VR. In fllight sim I have to press a key to initiate this but I can't find an answer anywhere. Anybody help?

All the menus are in a flatscreen, only when you actually start the race it changes to VR

Would a rtx 4070 ti super be able to run this in vr well enough so it looks real but has a good fps

What quality settings? Could the 4080 do 120fps with lower quality settings?

Correction, this is at 75% resolution, the DR2 settings are mostly on high
