Dirty "Chicken" Thighs, what a great name, well the original name is dirty wings, but I prefer Thighs to Wings. I think the name really represents the dish; get in there and get your fingers dirty, you will be rewarded with an explosion of flavours and the juiciness of the dark chicken meat. Probably the Best way to enjoy fried chicken, both sweet, sour, spicy and crunchy at the same time! This is another recipe from my friends in Vienna, they just brought out a new cookbook and the recipe for Dirty Wings is from there, I only exchanged the protein.
