I will try this with some of my foodie friends. I am not really a big fan of raw meat nor raw egg yolk. Still I am interested in trying new things.The pickled egg yolk with salmon was a big hit with me and my dinner guests earlier this fall. I am thankful for your videos that bring new recipies, new flavours to try. 😊👍

Wow! This recipe looks delicious! I am a big fan of raw meat recipe too. I think you would like to try "Carne de Onça" (literally translated: Jaguar Meat). It is a south brazilian tartare.
