With her comic timing, Valery should do stand up comedy ! I think she would be great, her timing, her expressions 😁👍

We went to Prague the first time, after the fall of the wall! It was back in time! Everything was so 50s/60s! I had a blister, stood in the pharmacy queue for fifteen minutes, 1 counter explained what I wanted (LOL) hup counter closed, pick up another counter, I got 1 patch hahahahaa

The style in which this video was made was fantastic. I especially loved when the film transitioned from b&w to color! I also appreciate the subject matter. Seems like Honest Guide is more G-rated, while your channel swings more towards being R-rated. Bravo for being so gritty, clever, in-depth, whimsical, real and "dirty":)

You're so hilariously cute in bloopers but seriously I loved this video. 👍 It gave me a glimpse on the oldest profession during the Iron Curtain involving even the famous people. When I went to Germany, after the tour for the day, we found ourselves after dinner strolling & found the statue of Bismarck. Likewise in Vienna, the Schonbrunn Palace where I saw a portrait of Franz Josdf.

Great stuff RPG's!!! I think most Americans who grew up during the Cold War are fascinated by how people lived under communisum. I don't believe the information we got from Washington or from Moscow and am more likely to trust the citizens of Prague. You teach us about Czech culture in a way that leaves us wanting more! THANK YOU!!!

Liebe Valeria!

Hi Guys! Great video, thanks! One thing that I'd like to mention is what Milan Kundera said about the Communist era. This was also mentioned in the film The Prague Orgy. They said that since most freedoms were taken away, the only freedom left in Czechoslovakia was sexual promiscuity. Lots and lots of hanky-panky going on. What do you think? Urban legend? Or are babička and dědeček not telling all? :)

Sorry I have been gone for so long. But I was very ill. It is amazing that the first video I see is this one, because my first video of you guys I ever saw was part 1. As a Dutchman I am starting to believe that Prague is the Amsterdam of the east with the ladies of the night.

You arevalmost always RIGHT, not today: The Coke was sold in Lahůdky(Deli) in glass bottles for 6Kčs + 1Kčs depozit since 1968, made ??? You know you have to buy Sirop, which is made in Puerto Rico .... you could not buy Snickers, you had own brands(4kinds) named after Greek Gotteses, I remember my favourite Hera, western washing detergents you buy in Tuzex for hard currencies .... same place for jeans & closing etc ... I bought there Washing machin e Zanussi, because it was too loaded, normal stores had only front loaded, exept one not so good model 🎉
