They hand out hand cuffs like it's candy, and without realizing how serious it is to have your hands restrained behind your back. They're idiots with too much power. Handcuffing someone is far more serious than their little brains can understand.

Just imagine all the shit that cops got away with back before dashcams, bodycams and cell phones!!! I grew up in a wicked corrupt city back in the late 80's thru the 90's just North of Boston. So many cops that found drugs during motor vehicle stops would keep it for personal use. They were known to be wicked coke heads.

if your taking pictures of an accident sceene while their doing it is illegal and can't be in the space their working at so evidence don't get tappered with. It's illgal to take lience plates whiile people are at and anyone can't prevent people from eating or barbequing and if they had proper fire pits as reuired to do at camp grounds and rest area and rivers site that theyk can eat and no one can prevent people from doing but making too many excuses theyk can't or won't when they can do and can have spy ing on people who are eating as workers do and preventing people from piccnicing abuse .and threatening to town people vehcole if they do.

Sorry but the first guy recording an accident is annoying like why would you record and take photos of someone’s misfortune and possible worst day of their lives?? Just because you CAN doesn’t mean you SHOULD !

They guy recording is super annoying. I am sure if the cops were recording while the other guy was working that he wouldn't appreciate it either. Mutual respect goes along way.

Most normal people will not have this kind of mistake made by law enforcement in their lives, unfortunately it does happen from time to time innocent people have had their lives ruined or ended by the mistakes of law enforcement. Most of us people respect law enforcement and know they are trying to just do their job. There are unfortunately buttheads in law enforcement trying to assert their authority by excessive misuse of that authority. Please if your in law enforcement make it your job to keep the bad officers in check.
