Stopped by to hear my favorite band, subscribed because I loved your reaction & I wanna check out the rest of your channel. These three from Sweden always bring it, no matter what the song. Each of their songs is its own journey, with its own feel, but always fire. I'll put it this way, I can't even choose my least favorite song of theirs, because there's always something amazing for your ears to experience every time. Welcome to Dirty Loops!

Fire is right! They also have a track titled World On Fire that has a nifty bass solo. (Follow The Light also has a KILLER bass solo!) Ready for the next DL reaction sir!!

I listened to all 3 Suggested and they were all fire. Next to You was the most fun I’ve had in a song without a guitarist hands down. Thank you Kim for the suggestion and addition to the journey. Straight 🔥🔥🔥🔥🌲🍀🚌💨💨💨🎸

DL is my favourite incarnation of "all 3 of the truly touched-by-genius virtuosos from the music college that year getting together for a project!"! #CrazyTalent p.s. throwing up that image of a cigarette made me light up.... lovely thought, but the brain tends to edit out the blob of red & just sees the cigarette. ;)

Really fun reaction. You wear your emeotions on your sleeve and that's a cool thing when appreciating good music. A lot of people really adore DLoops-me definitely included-and they do blow a lot of musicians minds too. They are just that good Dug your video, nice job and thanks.

@@RollenGreenRants Yeah, w/o looking it up again, I think the dietition was Jabba the Hut - laugh out loud silly stuff. I don't think it's on their collabs w/ Cory, only on their own stuff, but I could be wrong. Bitten by the Kitten is a wonderful straight instrumental, and if I remember right it's got a lot of silliness in the credits.

I think Work shit out might be your favourite DL song, even if you listen to more, but I also think you will enjoy just about everything they have done because it is so well played and so creative. If you go with Follow the light, then realise that you get Cory Wong and a kick-ass brass section in addition to DL. Do try some more DL stuff! Don't forget shorter fun stuff like coffee break is over and Old Armando had a farm.

would highly recommend their and cory wong's song Follow the Light, he has a bass solo in there.

I think just knowing that Quincy Jones took producing these guys says enough
@lottawiklund86062 жыл бұрын
He isn't producing them though, he's just their manager. They're producing everything themselves with the help of Simon Petrén. They've said, in interviews, that they're not sending Quincy Jones anything, not even demos, until they're completely finished with a song, video and all (if there is one).

Just in case you read comments on your old reviews ....... you may refer to yourself as "just a factory worker", but in the first brief glance of seeing Henrik's bass you identified it as a fretless bass. I've watched dozens of other reactions to this Dirty Loops song, many by self-titled "musicians" or "producers" etc. but you are the ONLY one who picked up on that. Many commented on the beautiful tone but didn't know that being fretless accounted for one chunk of that great sound. So kudos to you Mr. Just a Factory Worker, you're a very knowledgeable music fan in disguise.

Loved the reaction. Recommend Follow the light or Thriller next. If you end up doing a Snarky Puppy, I think you'll appreciate Shofukan or Sleeper as you liked the slower more feeling parts of this, though you also have to see/hear Lingus at some point as well. Subscribed.

That was a very fitting reaction. 👏 I usually enjoy you're 'throwaway' lines, "I don't know my a$$ from a hole in the ground", or "I'm just a factory worker, and ...". 👍 Sorry it took so long to get here. YT seems to know I like you because it recommends your reactions. I've seen a bunch of your DL reactions, but never found this, your first reaction, until now. You were 'on form'. You _might_ enjoy these young musicians (9-16yo) cover _Muse - Hysteria / KIDS ROCK FOR KIDS Global Collab_ kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWqZmHlpiryVidE they rock! It is _better_ than faultless!! I hope it puts a smile on your face. I don't understand what "Freedom over Fear" is intended to mean. The USA has the 6th largest per capita prison population among over 220 countries, so it might be that ① (full disclosure, I suspect a country or two are under-reporting, so maybe 8 of 220). The USA has fallen out of the top 10 democracies ②. so it may be that. Or is it simply the USA's toxic 'news' media? Or is it the fear of dying from an easily curable health problem? (from US gov stats almost 20,00 people die each year because they can't afford access to healthcare when they need it). Or fear of going bankrupt paying healthcare bills? Or maybe freedom to cross an ordinary road anywhere convenient? (fear of being prosecuted for crossing a road seems insane. People are 'squishy' and easily damaged, so cars should _always_ give pedestrians right of way on city and suburban roads. I understand that's difficult at freeway speeds. AFAICT, the 'crime' of 'Jaywalking' demonstrates the power of corporations above people ) AFAICT, what most people seem to want are: Decent food, clean water, safe shelter, a healthy, non-toxic environment, affordable health care, decent, free education for children, and *_Freedom from Fear_* (a rational, working, judicial system including habeas corpus, freedom from all forms of bigotry, a broadly benign government that protects the weakest, low crime, no: mobs, gangs, criminals, police, or military, dragging them, or family, or friends, [or even some politicians] away for no reason, a reliable pay-check, and a social safety-net if they lose their job, no 'brainwashing' in schools).
