Inhone bola Banks ke pass infrastructure hota hai so unko operating cost jayeda lagta hai... Fir MobiKwik ko operating cost low hoga because they are digital... Now MobiKwik is charging 48% annual interest on loan and other banks are still charging 10 % - 15% annual interest. Chote cities ke logo ko lootne ka kaam...

Delhi NCR-based fintech unicorn MobiKwik's net loss fell 35% in the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The startup reported a net loss of INR 83.8 Cr in the financial year 2022-23 (FY23) as against a loss of INR 128.1 Cr in the previous fiscal year. The startup's net loss stood at INR 110 Cr in FY21. Paytm phonepe has huge funding and shares from China. Maybe mobiwiki doesn't get much funding from abroad. Once you tie up with multinationals, you'll have to share all the data of customers as well. We have seen what happened between paytm and government. Maybe she wants to play safe

32:00 yes digitalisation is very much needed . But she is wrong - branch banking is self sustained model here in India with greatest PnL ever in history . Plus like gramin banks and cooperative societies are easily available for local for their financial needs . Real Bharat like 70%of people are operating via branch and cooperative societies only . India will take another decade for transformation in digitalisation in impactful manner to cater those markets . Education is primarily very much essential to enabling this .

her attitude and approach towards women equality and remarkable take on women empowerment in INDIA in its true sense is commendable. Not unlike some pseudo feminists who cries out that women are not rising in male dominant sectors due to lack of opportunities. Her thoughts on objectification of women as a beauty piece only ' the story she narrated of the so called magazine editor' shows that she believes creating her own destiny than asking others to pave them for women.

Try to get the practical exposure she got in the University which eventually gave her enough courage to run her own entity. That's more important. It's important for us to deep down into it to have experience, knowledge and expertise to build something like that. Request her to summarise her knowledge with an example to make views aware of better grasping into it. Thanks

I think you should interview me when these two books are out. I want to make movie from memoir. Also tell of my heart stolen by India. It is a matter of heart.

The research part that your team did about Upasana being a good negotiator was a nice bit. More elements like these where you pick up one expertise of the guest and asking them a few tips on those qualities is something that’s a practical way for the listeners to learn from. Looking forward to more female entrepreneurs. 👍

@@rajshamaniHello Raj, thank you for bringing female entrepreneur's interview.. My suggestion is some podcast if you bring highlights on how women stayed strong in the time they r 33+ still single focusing on career yet has to struggle a lot with society question on marriage n biological clock.. City like Blr workplace listening to such questions or men themselves questions our identity n ask why u r single is sometime putting ourselves low... How women leaders deal with it if can be covered

For that we do not need successful but arrogant men or women. For check on bias we need successful and humble men or women. Not every successful person is not inspiration, ifnhe has tantrums and hyper attitude

For me this is one of the best podcast.. Although baki saare podcast bhi kaafi inspirational & knowledgeable hai... i would definitely support her strong opinion on women empowerment for the better growth of our country GDP but for that hume ladkiyo ki psychology badalni bahut zaruri hai ki " koi nahi college toh katam ho gaya ab mom dad koi accha naukri ya business man se shaadi krwa de ab life settle" but this psychic has to change and so we need more such content to change the perspective of Indian women who is enough capable to lead the world.

Banking system ke bare mein galat info diya. Every business merchant in India can (those that have physical shop) easily get ₹100k-₹250k without much paper work with bank. If they have consistent business receipts and bills, inventory, plant, etc. they can get large credit limits 10lacs, 20 lacs, upto crores (depends upon business size). If they have verh small business like minimum inventory, rented shop - they can also get 50k credit limit from their local banks. I have disbursed many such limits. Infact, govt banks are forced by their management to disburse these loans. Also, regarding woman workforce : faltu ka lecture de rhe hein. Men are better multi-tasker and better at negotiations. So everything coming out of those two's mouth is not truth. Stop treating them as gods.
