32:00 yes digitalisation is very much needed . But she is wrong - branch banking is self sustained model here in India with greatest PnL ever in history . Plus like gramin banks and cooperative societies are easily available for local for their financial needs . Real Bharat like 70%of people are operating via branch and cooperative societies only . India will take another decade for transformation in digitalisation in impactful manner to cater those markets . Education is primarily very much essential to enabling this .

Not unlike some pseudo feminists who cries out that women are not rising in male dominant sectors due to lack of opportunities. Her thoughts on objectification of women as a beauty piece only ' the story she narrated of the so called magazine editor' shows that she believes creating her own destiny than asking others to pave them for women.

Banking system ke bare mein galat info diya. Every business merchant in India can (those that have physical shop) easily get ₹100k-₹250k without much paper work with bank. If they have consistent business receipts and bills, inventory, plant, etc. they can get large credit limits 10lacs, 20 lacs, upto crores (depends upon business size). If they have verh small business like minimum inventory, rented shop - they can also get 50k credit limit from their local banks. I have disbursed many such limits. Infact, govt banks are forced by their management to disburse these loans. Also, regarding woman workforce : faltu ka lecture de rhe hein. Men are better multi-tasker and better at negotiations. So everything coming out of those two's mouth is not truth. Stop treating them as gods.
