Excited to see all the great work you've done! Wonderful craftsmanship on the stairs and the type of wood that you picked will be beautiful in the years to come! Wish I still remembered my Japanese from growing up but I don't so I guess I'll have to keep listening and maybe I'll pick some things up so I won't have to read them captions! Blessings to you in all your friends and family and those people who are helping you be safe!

@@funkiebutch9690 it's a common expression. Could be said of any job that is considered high-end. Besides, usually working as a model isn't full time. As with any creative/unstable job (pgotographer, musician, artist, pot maker, pastry chef, etc....)

I have been waiting to see the stairs.. so beautiful.. I totally agree, the old houses with the steep stairs are certainly a challenge.. if I was younger, I would love to follow your example and recycle an old Japanese house. Please keep showing the progress .. I know it’s already done, can’t wait to see the finished project.. How do you rent? We travel to Tokyo often. 👏👏👏👏

the tile in the bathroom next to the pink tile could be a shade of yellow. I think yellow goes with everything and makes things happy❤

Instead of painting the wood you can always oil it. Makes the structure of the wood come out❤love the work you did.

A glass walkway in front of the window in your light well would be very useful, for looking out and cleaning…on beams from near the stairs across to the wall…👍🏻

Hello Anton Im curious about your journey into construction/renovation works, as I myself am also interested in such works. Im not sure if you talked about this before, but I would appreciate if you let us in on details, where to learn, how would you recommend someone new from EU to get into renovation Thanks, all good🙏

Hey Anton, I found a Japanese company that’ll do renovations for free. Have you heard of the company Akisapo? If so, do you recommend them? I also got your book recently & I’m looking to own an Akiya after my backpacking journey 🔥
