Disassembly of a 2011 thru 2014 Ford Edge side mirror

Broke the connection between the right side mirror motor and the mirror on my 2014 Ford Edge. Could not find a video on how to replace the motor, but details shown for Mirror Disassembly in this video gave me enough information to complete the job successfully. Motor alone is Ford part 6U5Z-17D696-C which can be found in several locations and will fit both the right and left mirrors. Thank you!

Bill. Would be much safer to use a flat screwdriver to place under glass and above motor disc and twist. Mirror glass comes off nice and easy. Otherwise you risk damaging the motor and have to replace it. My brother who owned a body shop pulled mine off like you and damaged the motor. Was simple to replace.

Can you tell me maybe why my hazard flashers in 2011 edge dont work? Blinkers work. Where is the hazard flasher/fuse?
