Connector at 3:59 - Better remove the other connector of the flat cable. If you remove the connector on the main board, to reinstall it you have to raise the little black cover of the connector on the main boad

Thank you very much. It helped me clear my paper jam. It enabled me to remove stuck pieces of paper from the two small transport rollers. And finally I found the probable cause: a piece of paper stuck in the fuser roller. Which by the way would have been accessible from the top by lifting the lid and then the cover of the fuser roller.

Thank you so much. My printer used to crumple the papers. I just discovered that many papers rolled inside the cylinder. Problem solved!

It could be the contact between the printer and the cartridge, or the connection with the main board
