I like how the lore of Disco Elysium is if real life was put through a meat grinder. I look forward to seeing the choices you make and the rolls you pass/ fail.

I've also started playing this game and I too was wondering whether this was supposedly to be France, but I guess it's a bit like Game of Thrones where it's kind of like medieval England but not quite, whereas this is kind of like 1970s disco europe but not quite I suppose

damn its long since i played this game. I love how the character traits, feel like different parts of Harrier Du Bois, clashing with each other, by acting like unique characters, its a great way to portray the emotional turmoil and mosltly illogical thought patterns, of human existance

I'm honestly loving this game right now, so deep and yet so on the nose in terms of its politics and ideological explorations
