What a Gentleman he is and very diplomatic also. I really appreciate the organisers who brought Mr.kamakoti sir to bring to this kind of media exposure and my greetings sir who is very down to earth.The interviewer is also very diplomatic and saw that all questions answered with modesty and diplomatic.

இந்த தேசத்தில் தேர்வில் சரியாக மதிப்பெண் பெறவில்லை என்று வெட்கப்பட்டு தற்கொலை செய்த IIT மாணவர்கள் பல நூறு உண்டு ,,,சில வருடம் முன் வந்த கொரோனா நோய்க்கு மருந்து கண்டுபிடிக்க சொல்லி பிரதமரோ அல்லது ஜனாதிபதியோ இந்த மாதிரி இன்ஸ்டிடுட்க்கு அரை கூவல் விட வில்லை ....மாறாக கைய் தட்ட சொன்னார்கள் , விளக்கு ஏற்ற சொன்னார்கள் ....இந்தியாவில் இருக்கும் IIT PROFESSOR விஞ்ஞானி ஒருவரும் வெட்கமே படவில்லை .....iit விஞ்ஞானியாக வேஷம் போடுவது எளிது போல இருக்கு ....இது சம்பதமாக யூடியூபில் நான் இட்ட கமெண்ட் நீக்க பட்டு உள்ளது

The interviewer should allow the guest to complete the answer for the questions asked....interfering and not allowing him to complete the answer which is very useful....looking disrespectful aswell

No he is right. As an IIT Chairperson he should address these issues. There was a recent article that around 14k SC,st,obc people dropped out of IIT.

@@rhom_cris_510, Mr Kamakoti gave a reply that generally for Phd thesis Plan A tougher and Plan B less tougher are offered hence students should capable of completing any one. More over higher the class Perseverance to study for longer hrs is must for student he should concentrate 8_12hrs on average per day during entire course of IIT study. Apart from this less preparation may not help students. Easy chaltha hi attitude may not help.

Questioner is interrupting the speech of Mr.Kamakoti Sir quite frequently there by not allowing it to get completed in full. This is not appreciable for an interview. கேள்வியாளர் திரு.காமகோடி ஐயா பேச்சை முழுமையாக முடிக்க அனுமதிக்காமல் அடிக்கடி குறுக்கிட்டு வருகிறார். ஒரு நேர்காணலுக்கு இது பாராட்டத்தக்கது அல்ல

@@rameshraja8736 Society will be become less poisonous only when people stop sitting poison on each other. Mr.Kamakoti did good job last years to bring many things to TN, IIT. He is not correct person to clarify for all the atrocities by some others from his caste. Karthikeyan should do this with SV sekhar or H.Raja not here.

Kamakoti sir, is there a committee to take care of people that does not fall under reservation but are discriminated... I don't know if any one has raised this before but there will be no takers if I say that I was discriminated... It happens even now and people just move on... I am not from IIT, did my graduation in village and diplomo from city..

Except Brahmins all others in Tamilnadu have either Backward Caste, Most Backward Caste, Schedule Caste or Schedule Tribe Certificate. Tamil Brahmins have to fight for themselves and not accept anything from State or Central Government.

Waiting for that. OC Soru Veeramani has said IIT means Iyer and Iyengar Technology. Whereas OBCs from North India constitute the maximum castes in IIT. Hindi Belt Castes are the main chunk,, South India have to adjust with these across all IIT.
