tf2 caps b-hopping speed at like 5% faster than your normal walking, b-hopping is just really easy and very rewarding on the original thief, if you really do it well the game's camera starts tilting to the side

⁠@@ULTRAOutdoorsmaneven without eax, audio is pretty important in thief to hear if there is an npc in the area, witch direction its coming from, and if its getting louder or softer (npc moving towards or away from you). Which you all get from standard duel output audio.

@@longlivetheking1065 After Trickster gets you it's just constant enemy spam until the end of the game, MGS games always have some action section near the end, splinter cell has some levels where you clearly need shoot around and not sneak. It's just common for stealth games to be unsure of their own gameplay and just put stuff like that lategame.
