Thanks for this video which seemed to suggest I needed a new module for my mower as I had an X in both my GPS and SIM card displays. I did wonder if it may be an issue with moisture as we’ve had a rotten summer here in the UK. Two days in our airing cupboard has solved the issue and the mower is back in action. Hope this helps someone else!

Sure wish they would do remote firmware updates for my 450X. I believe I am still on the original firmware. As usual a great info and how to for us Automower owners

Is there a way to tell if you have the 4g board installed? My 430xh (with led headlights and a little over a year old) got the message while it was mowing today. Sim is ok Thanks!

Wayne, the 4G boards just became available last spring. It's a pretty safe bet that your mower does not have a 4G board in it.

I just got a connect board fitted to my 305 but I can not connect to it as it will not give me a pairing code it won’t do a reset and does the connect board need a SIM card ?

Did you have the mower's software updated by a dealer? If you did not have that done then the new Connect board will not work

Hi, I’ve come across an unusual problem with my 450X. It will cut the lawn just fine and goes back to the charging station to recharge but when it goes into the station, it pushes in but doesn’t connect ( no beeb) and comes back out after 10 seconds and retries again to recharge. It was fine last year and no changes to other other than a service by a Husqvarna dealer. Would you have any ideas. My dealer, over the phone, has hit a blank. From a West of Ireland user.

My 315x has run perfectly for the past 3 years until recently it kept disconnecting, thought it needed a firmware update so I sent it in for a service, had it back last week and within 30 minutes of cutting the grass it disconnected again !!! I rebooted and reset my mower and it was fine until again 30 minutes of cutting the grass it disconnected again, my local dealer has found no faults with my mower or charging station, it’s very frustrating, any ideas would be a great help thanks

Hi I have an issue with my 450x mower. It was out cutting and just stopped.. Its turned off and I cannot turn it back on no matter what I do. The app on my phone is saying disconnected?

Maybe they turned off 3G in my area, thats why I get disconnected message 😞

If it has not had one in the past year, then definitely would help to have the software updated. Otherwise, if your SIM is good it should reconnect once it gets signal from the provider again.
