Your discount store is awesome! If you live in a town that doesn't have one and need a job, open a discount store. I know a family who did and they are just killing it. They opened another one in a town a few miles away. They told me anyone can do it. If you love garlic try making Lebanese garlic paste (toum); it’s good on everything. It’s just peeled garlic, canola oil (or any light veg oil), fresh lemon juice and a little salt. Zip the garlic with the salt and then stream in without stopping the food processor 1/2 cup oil, then a tablespoon of lemon then repeat until you’ve added 3Tbsp lemon 2 1/2 C oil to the 1 1/2 C garlic and 2tsp salt. It will fluff up to a paste like mayo consistency. It keeps well, but you’ll use it up quickly it’s so good.

They put in ziplock freezer bag, Keep frozen until use. Tastes and looks like fresh to me.
