Sir discover 150 2011 modal valve clearance?

It'll be 0.05 mm inlet and 0.1 mm for outlet. Also check with 2-3 bajaj service center for correct reading.

I didn't mention Helen key as per my wish. In Google, it's the most searched team for Allen key. Based on this I mentioned even "Helen" key is not right term because this video might help someone who is searching with "Helen" term instead of "Allen" key. I think this clarifies your point.

दोस्त एक बात बताओ हमारे पास डिस्कवर 150cc है जो 2010 में आई थी उसमें भी ये ही इंजन है उसके जो तेपिट है उनकी क्या सैटिंग होगी इनलेट की कितनी होगी और एक्जॉस्ट साइड की कितनी होगी

@@PavanKumarHB पर आपको नही लगता 0.10mm बोहत बोहत ज्यादा हो जाएगा क्योंकि हमने इनलेट 0.05mm कर रखा है और आउटलेट 0.06mm मतलब ये की जितना आपने बताया है अगर उतना करते है तो तेपिट आवाज नही करेगा क्योंकि हमारी दिक्क्त ये है कि बाइक को जब भागते है तो 60 तक तो जाती है पर उससे ऊपर भागने में ऐसा लगने लगता है कि इंजन से आवाज ज़्यादा आने लगी हो और बाइक उतना भाग नही रही हो मतलब ऐसा लगता है जैसे बाइक एक गियर ओर मांग रही हो

Hi VCR, try this readings. It's mentioned in chart of bajaj service center. Use only bajaj company 20w50 oil and adjust clutch to 2-3 mm ply. With these specifications the bike don't sound even above 90 kmph.
